Look I'm just happy there's a cute cafe with cushy chairs open the day after Christmas. No complaints really. The coffee is good, my ham and cheese croissant was hot and tasty. You're walking through the freezing East Village. What more do you want?

I've been a customer at Oasis for a few months now, and everyone here is absolutely lovely. Yannis, Taylor, and Mario are exceptional--they consistently go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and well cared for at Oasis Café. This is my first time trying this bowl, as I usually go for The Frap, Chai Latte, or occasionally an Americano with oat milk. The bowl is both delicious and nutritious--you can taste the freshness in every bite.

The pasties didn't blow my mind - felt generically sweet with slightly above average quality. I did go late in the day so things may have been old - they also threw in a free croissant which is nice. I also bought the $25 dubai chocolate bar from here and was a bit disappointed so i wouldn't recommend. the chocolate layer is too thick and i've had better dubai bars. I like that there's seating and lots of people are studying so it's a good place to chill for a while. Good vibes and workers.

This place is super cute inside! I got the brown sugar oat milk espresso since it was "most popular". Honestly, it wasn't anything special but my friend and I needed a place to sit/talk.

Oasis cafe is like going into an Oasis! . This causal cafe has delicious coffees, amazing pastries, and Beachy vibes. Everything I have gotten here from the coffee to the baklava to the cake it's so good. Best spot in the area for coffee and a desert. Also great if you need to pick up pastries before going to a party. . Chocolate lovers get the Chocolate perfection tart and Black Forest cake and thank me later . In short: - Great Coffee - Great pastries and cake

I really can't get enough of this Greek cafe! The pastries here are just the same quality and prices as Astoria, without the massive commute. I have pretty much ordered every pastry they have to offer here and each one just has been perfect and now has become my new goto place for greek pastries. I would recommend them to everyone!

The workers are friendly and the service is fast. I ordered the maple cinnamon matcha which was sweet with a strong cinnamon flavor. I also got a sandwich which was just okay. They are premade and they just heat them up. They have a large dessert section, which I didn't try. There is wifi and people doing work at the cafe, but I found the music to be a bit loud and perhaps a better place to meet a friend than work. The cafe was busy, but not overcrowded, and they also have a bathroom.

Delicious apple pie and protein bowl! The delivery was swift. The only issue was that the crust wasn't as crumbly as I would hope on the apple pie! The protein bowl I to die for though (30g protein is nuts)!

A cute little cafe, this place had plenty of seating and a nice display of desserts and some sandwiches! It wasn't super busy when I came and i loved how they have bite-sized (like those clementine cuties size) desserts so I was able to try a couple of them! I ordered the mini fruit tart, almond cookie (recommended), and trigona (which is a honeyed phyllo dough with pastry cream). The trigona was very sweet but I still ate it all! The almond cookie was soft and seemed like it had almond paste in it? The fruit tart has very fresh blueberries on top and a delicious custard. Everything we 10/10! Staff were nice and I'm definitely coming back for one of those cake slices!

Pastries here are truly works of art! Love that this place is open early until late, for a decent Freddo Capp in the morning or a late night dessert. Wish I took a picture of the pastries, they are truly delectable and gorgeous, and at decent prices given how beautiful and intricate they are!

We stopped by because my friend and his girlfriend, who are local, enjoy the oreo cheesecake from here. My wife and I decided to try the Strawberry Tres Leches cake. The cake was moist and the frosting not too sweet, but it seemed like we should have listened to my friend because they enjoyed their cheesecake a lot more than my wife and I enjoyed our cake (not saying we didn't finish it, I have a sweet tooth!). The cafe was pretty busy. Light and well designed, seemed new on the inside. Service was fast to box up our order. We saw a lot of people walking around in the morning with iced latte cups with the oasis logo on them, but we didn't get to try for ourselves.

meant to write this review back in the summer. stopped at Oasis Cafe for coffee a few times. stopped by here on sweltering summer days and Oasis had the best remedy--ice-cold iced Americano. nothing like medium roast coffee to cool you down when humidity and sun are combining to beat you up when you dare step outside. the cafe is very large. the summery beach vibed interior is really clean, modern, and upbeat. there's plenty of seats if you need a moment or two to collect your thoughts, have a conversation, or do some work. beyond the cafe's variety of drinks, there's a large variety of pastries, cakes, and more to satisfy those pangs of hunger...they are all on display from front to back. service is quick and friendly. Oasis Cafe is definitely worth a stop by in any season as it has a great location on Avenue A and it is close enough to L if you have to head elsewhere.

Our friends raved about this place and we of course were excited (and a bit skeptical at first) to try it. The concept: no menu + no lights + a few questions = the ultimate cocktail experience. The speakeasy vibe and the dark ambiance really makes this place feel even more exclusive. With just a few tables and the bar setting, you're in for an experience you won't forget (unless you answer the wrong questions and really end up with a drink you don't like HA). This wasn't my case. Of course I described my two favorite things: Negroni + mezcal. The obvious answer would be a mezcal Negroni, but that's not why one comes to a place like Attaboy. Our amazing curator came by to ask us all a few questions, write down a few words in the napkins, and mix up the perfect drink that our master bartender crafts, curates and creates. My drink came as I couldn't possibly imagine. It looked like a Negroni smelled like Oaxaca, with all the smoke simmering up and preparing my sensory experience, leading to the best first sip. Ladies and gentleman, I introduce you to The Devil's Backbone. A perfectly balanced drink I'll never forget, one that is sipped slowly and enjoyed thoroughly. It's sexy, it's smoky it's sipped. Attaboy gave the best mixology experience and we can't wait to be back. Pro tip: be sure to be as vocal as possible, even with ice, so you don't end up with a tiki drink if that's not your vibe.

He called us to let us know our table was ready but we missed the call (our fault). We returned the call immediately and got there within a couple minutes anyway. We were ready to patiently wait for the next availability but were met with some attitude and unnecessary comments from him during the waiting experience. Tucked into the Financial District, this spot blends old New York history with some of the best cocktails in the city--and it's easy to see why it's been named "World's Best Bar" more than once. The name itself has a wild backstory, inspired by a notorious 19th-century Irish-American gang from Five Points. It adds a layer of character to the place, but what really keeps people coming back is the atmosphere and the drinks. The space is split into two levels: a two lively, sawdust-floored Taprooms downstairs and a more refined Parlor upstairs if you're in the mood for a quieter, cocktail-focused experience. Drinks are the real highlight here. The Irish Coffee is widely considered one of the best in the world--rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with whiskey, coffee, and fresh cream. They also get creative with variations like a frozen version and even an Irish Coffee martini. I would have had to cancel and rebook and wasn't sure I'd be able to (reservation was for a Saturday night) In most places, a table for 3 easily accommodates 4. But not here. When two of us arrived, they made it clear this was a big problem. I would have walked out right then but I would have been charged $90! We decided to stay and make the best of it, which was a challenge. For a speakeasy, the vibe was aggressive, not relaxing. Very loud music and not great acoustics.) Too cramped to be comfortable, proving that small does not necessarily mean cozy! We asked if we could take a chair from the table next to us, which was empty (it was only 6 pm; I told our server we'd be gone by 7 because my friend, the birthday girl, had to catch a show.) We were told No! To say the waiter was cold, unfriendly, and indifferent is generous. He was totally rude. He literally told my friend she couldn't sit in a chair that was otherwise empty, knowing we'd be leaving momentarily. Then he had the gail to hand me the bill with a 22% tip pre-selected...and watched over me while I signed it! Definitely the least satisfying $100 I have ever spent. Disappointing.
