THE BEST FURNITURE STORE IN OHIO...!!!…read more We drive 2 hours each way to Andrea's from Columbus. It is worth every second in the car. This is the best furniture store in Ohio - huge selection, great style, friendly people, honest, the best prices anywhere, and free delivery. Andrea's has furnished most of our home. Note - although the store is in the town of Sugar Creek, right near Amish Country, this is a normal mainline furniture store with a selection comparable to the best stores in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati or Pittsburg. This is not an Amish furniture store. And I HAVE NOT been able to beat their prices - anywhere - and I have tried. They have had the best price on every single item I have comparison shopped... every single item. If you're redecorating a room or your whole house, ask for Melinda, their in-house designer. She is phenomenal to work with... Andrea's is worth the drive - I promise.

I purchased my dinner table and bedroom furniture from Swiss Valley 20 years ago and I knew what I…read morewas getting, so I returned in March, 2024 for other furniture. I ordered two cherry end tables and a table lazy Susan. When I picked them up, I didn't pay any attention to the end tables because I was in a hurry to get back home. When i arrived home, I removed the end tables and saw that all of the legs at the floor were chipped and damaged. I then took pictures of all eight (8) legs and then called Swiss Valley to make my complaint. I originally spoke with Jacob and explained the situation and was asked to forward the pictures that I took. I was then asked to call back in about 30 minutes to speak with Mindy, but she had to look at the pictures first. I called back and spoke with Mindy and she stated that there was some damage to the legs. After a conversation of about 20 minutes, Mindy stated that that they would replace the two (2) end tables and Swiss valley would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I asked Mindy that since I had to drive approximately 75 miles in on direction to return the damage pieces and pick up mine and return another 75 miles, is there any kind of refund i could get for my travels. She then stated that she could only give a $ 30 in house gift card. I wasn't please about only $ 30, but I agreed to in and will wait their call. On July 01, I received a call from Swiss Valley stating that my furniture was ready. I returned with the damaged end table and closely looked at my new tables. They were in perfect condition. I "swaddled" the tables and left. Things can and do go wrong no matter where you buy stuff, but Swiss Valley was AMAZING by rectifying the problem. I will always recommend them.
