The police had came to my house and detained me and kept me in a cell for over 24 hours during that time would not tell me why I was there. I reached out to this firm refered to me by a friend for my case. I first called on 09/08/2025 and…read moreI was forwarded to lawyer. We talked for 30' asking different questions about my case and she told me that she was going to email me with a questionaire to fill out and send back. I was looking my emails every day. She never got back to me. On 09/12/2025 I've called them back to ask if they had my email address written wrong. The receptionist followed the same routine as I was contacting them for the first time. She forwarded me to the same laywer and she started asking me the same exactly questions. When I told her if they are interested in my case, she replied we don't do cases like yours and we can refer you to another laywer, although they had originally told me that they were interested. She continued asking the same exactly questions we've been already through. So, I finally told her to stop wasting my time and I will find another laywer that will be interested in me and not only to the size of the case. I've found it totally unprofessional. My general experience from them was that they were not listening to what I had to say. ANd when I was talking they were only thinking of what to reply to me.

I have always felt we were on the same team and fully trust them. They were able to settle each case out of court and I received the policies in two cases and opted for 70 percent of the policy in the first case. The fact that I chose them to represent me 3 times says it all. It is extremely difficult to be left with a fused neck, then back and lastly a subdural hematoma/TBI. I lost wages, had to retire early and go on disability. This last case they made sure my medical was covered and I have funds for long term care. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They give you the concierge service a larger firm may not provide . Their lawyers are experienced and stay with the firm. They are not a training firm for new law graduates. You can expect the expertise of experienced lawyers. I never ever expected 3 serious injuries. Joel Levine and Scott Wiss have a special place in my heart for all they have done to make sure I was compensated.
