We stopped in looking for a new breakfast spot, and it was a great find! Since my wife loves breakfast and I prefer lunch, the menu was perfect for both of us. Despite it being very busy with only a few open tables--and a lively mahjong tournament happening outside--we were seated immediately Our drink order took a moment to get started, but once it did, the service was excellent. Our food arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered. I had the club sandwich and substituted ranch potatoes since fries aren't on the menu; both of our meals were fantastic. The tea was fresh, and our glasses were never empty. This is clearly a local favorite, and we will definitely be back! .

Decided to visit this local spot that seemed to be really popular while out in Gilbert. It was a okay size inside, but had enough seating. My breakfast was amazing, I love when menu options have a sweet and food option to it. The waffles were especially tasty with the fruit included. The service was okay, they were fairly busy so it was fair.

The Nook is a little to the East of the Higley and Queen Creek intersection on the south side of the road. It's away from vehicle and foot traffic enough to be a quaint location. The indoor seating isn't very large but has enough tables to seat a good crowd. Simple wooden chairs and booths adorn the interior and typical metal chairs and tables on the small patio on the west side of the restaurant. I dined by myself during a slower period and since I've never been here before I went with the simple Two Egg Breakfast (it comes gluten free). I asked for my eggs over easy, pork patties and the English muffin. The eggs were good but one was definitely cooked a little longer on the yolk than the other. No big deal. The English muffin was large and soft and tasty. Unfortunately it didn't come with butter and I forgot to ask for some...probably good calories to avoid. The highlight of the dish were the ranch potatoes. Not only were there a lot of them, they were perfectly seasoned and had a blend of crisp exterior and soft interior. The weakest part of the plate were the two sausage patties...a little rubbery texture and not a lot of taste. My server was a sweetheart and very attentive...helped being one of the two active tables she had. Nevertheless she asked if I needed anything at least five times in fifteen minutes. Still forgot to ask for butter each time... For what you get, the $14.25 price tag is a little steep...can find similar dishes for $2-4 cheaper at other breakfast places. But I'm not deterred to trying other more exotic items on their menu. The Green Chili Chicken Skillet sounds delicious. I meant to take a peek at their desserts on the way out if they were out for display. Thanks for the good meal and experience!

My husband and I frequent the Nook. It's def in our rotation of breakfast and brunch places. Today, we got in with a 5 minute wait time on a Sunday! Unbelievable! Good food and the price is right. Our service was awesome as well. Thanks to Melissa. Until next time..., Thank You and check out the food pics below

Five star experience every time I dine here. Meals are priced well, and the staff are all very, very friendly! Not to mention, the potatoes are genuinely delicious and I'm a potato connoisseur

The Nook menu, read the BLTA description.

There have been good times and bad times at The Nook! Our first visits were so nice (pre-COVID) our last two visits have been huge disappointments. First off I ordered my breakfast skillet with the hollandaise on the side because I absolutely hate hollandaise sauce. The service was quick but the person that brought our food to the table was not the server that took our order; my breakfast was drowning in hollandaise sauce. When our original server checked on us I pointed out the mistake and she "was sorry to hear that". I 100% expected compensation not just a very lame attempt at an apology. Fast forward to today, it's our 46th wedding anniversary and we decided to have lunch at the Nook. I ordered the BLTA because the menu description sounded so good. The sandwich was described as "loaded" with crispy bacon; what I got was 2 barely toasted pieces of white bread, 2 slices of bacon (both on one 1/2 of my sandwich, none on the other half), limp lettuce I had to pick off and possibly 1 very thin slice of avocado sliced into small pieces and dispersed over both sides of the sandwich, each 1/2 was given 1 slice of tomato there wasn't even mayonnaise or anything moist on the bread (except tomato juice and lettuce water). I had the dressed greens on the side which included a piece of completely decomposed lettuce, it was basically a fossil leaf. I'm sorry but if this is the best you can do don't charge $15.99 also if you're going to charge $10.99 for a Bloody Mary put the booze in it! Oh and again the server who delivered our food to us was not the server that took our order (it was however the same server that gave us the lame apology during our previous visit). The outdoor patio is very inviting but today it was swarming with flies which added insult to injury.

First time at the Nook for an early weekday breakfast at 6:00am. Place was open and clean. Impressive breakfast menu. I ordered the Mediterranean Frittata with chicken, spinach, feta cheese and egg white. The English Muffin was large and coffee was hot. Great service, I liked it!

10/10!! I'd make the 45 min drive here again! No wonder this place is packed. The food was not only amazing but savory and BIG. DEFINITELY ate with my eyes. The servers were sweet and attentive. Can't wait to make the little trip back here.

I've been here 3 times now, and it just gets better each time. I tried to order different things each time and they never disappoint. This time I ordered the Bacon and Avacado scramble, it is soooo good! ! And I tried the Kale Refresher, did not think I was going to like it because it looked so healthy. But OMG, it is delicious!! My friend ordered the Strawberry waffle, it looked so pretty and yummy too. My friend who's vegetarian can always find something to enjoy as well. So now I've updated my score from 4-5 stars!

Parking 5/5 Always a challenge but coming early and doing the circle dance landed us a nice space across from the Liberty Market. Atmosphere 5/5 Such a cool restaurant with allot of history dating back to 1935/1958/2008/2022 which reflects the years of the establishments service and architecture evolutions. Always a great vibe here! Service 10/5 Our experience tonight began with the beautiful and friendly hostess Bailey. She greeted us with a warm smile and asked us what our seating presence was. We grabbed a booth overlooking Page street and the foot traffic outside. Our server tonight was Treven who joined us table side. He had our drink and starters in quickly. My wife ordered the Lucky Penny Latte and I had iced tea. Starter was their out of this world Burrata. The photos fall short of its glory. Entrees was their memorable minestrone soup, and I ordered their sesame ginger noodle salad featuring sweet potato glass noodles which are delicious and a host of smartly paired vegetables, chicken and a pleasant ginger sriracha delivering some spice and heat without overpowering the dish itself. For desert we fell way off the wagon with their in-house carrot cake. A slice easily feeds four and we enjoyed ours with espressos. Dinner was excellent from the service to the scratch kitchen food, and expressos, Magnifico! $125.00 with tip and leftovers too. Date night my friends-SYOY!

Shriveled basil and tiny pepperonis. Even worse, the bottom was black. Just awful. 1. Our waitress and other servers were all friendly. Nice vibe, clean and gender inclusive restrooms clean and tidy. We might come back for dinner one day and try other dishes. (I'd still get the soup). Super convenient given the Hale theater's close proximity. Well def come back for coffee and dessert! ~EG Eats

A bunch of us from my spin class decided to get together on a Sunday for brunch and here's what I munched: Grande Chicken TInga Nachos ($18 - Shredded chicken tinga, queso, roasted tomato salsa, black beans, pico de gallo, roasted jalapeño, cilantro lime crema): Okay, maybe I don't recommend the nachos. While topped with a good amount of cheese on top, once congealed, any chip on the bottom that you pull out is just going to be a naked chip. They do top these chips off with a generous amount of toppings. Brunch Burger ($19 - Angus beef patty, sunny side egg, avocado, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar, sriracha aioli, hash brown patty, brioche bun, choice of fresh fruit or breakfast potatoes): I shared this burger and requested the kitchen to cut it for me which they did. Very thankful that they were okay with the request. The burger itself was decent. It was a little weird to eat as the tiny hash brown patty made the structural integrity funny but it's not a deal breaker. I will say that it needed more sauce or something. The burger was dry after a few bites. I also had my lunch with the most savory and spicy Bloody Mary. It was amazing and probably one of my favorite Bloody Marys in a long while. The woman was shaking her head and saying to the waitress "this isn't okay to be doing while people are eating", pointing toward our kids. Once I realized this, I immediately called my kids back over and had them sit with us, and I even let her know that if something was bothering her, she could've told us and I would have addressed it right away.
