My partner and I are both clients and working with the coaches plus all the programs that they offer have been life changing. We are in our mid/late 30's and have had plenty of therapy, read books, the whole 9 yards, however despite this, most medical providers as well meaningful as they are, they just don't haver extensive knowledge in ADHD. All of her coaches are prepared and educated, also well versed on what the symptoms are, and it's truly empowering to have someone recognize these with you and give you insight on HOW to improve your executive function skills. On top of that, Brooke is knowledgeable in business so not only has this improved my personal life, but it has helped tremendously in my business and professional life. All of her coaches truly care, you aren't just a number, they invest their time, knowledge and love in you. Brooke also has groups, and weekly calls. I am not the type to attend these kinds of things but now I look forward to the calls weekly, she has a pretty cool group of clients so calls are helpful and interesting. It's helped me come out of my anti-social post covid shell and learn a ton. The way they handle the business side of things is also very honest and easy to navigate. I changed coaches after a few sessions solely because I realized that it wasn't what I was looking for, but it was a personal preference not a reflection of that coach's ability or knowledge. Once I switched I found the perfect fit and I appreciate that they VERY patiently worked with me until I had found what I was looking for. We couldn't be happier and we are very grateful for the support and love we have received. If you are considering joining her practice, do so and above all, stay consistent, but your coach will help you with this ;)

The coach I was paired with was super sweet, and a good person- but she was not the kind of coach I needed or was looking for. She lacked experience, so it's not really her fault. The course was just really expensive and I definitely didn't gain anything from the experience. Was overpriced, overhyped, and upsetting to be quite honest. I feel bad for leaving this review- but I deserve better than what I got. The cost was $600 for four 45-minute sessions.

My hypnosis experience was therapeutic, emotional, and revealing. I came to Susan with some very…read moreunpleasant Anxiety symptoms (heart palpitations, tingles, muscle tightness, twitches, and pinches), and a Driving Phobia. I had never been hypnotized before and was concerned I wouldn't be able to achieve a hypnotic state. Susan explained the process, and with her soothing voice guiding me, I slowly drifted under, letting my subconscious mind lead me to memories I didn't realize were still causing me distress. I was able to release many of these negative emotions, and even "felt" my grandfather's presence, assuring me everything would be all right. I'm happy to say this session (along with meditation, yoga, exercise, and a healthy diet) is helping me to get my Anxiety under control, slowly but surely. As I'm learning, spirituality and mindfulness are vital when overcoming any type of mental health disorder or chronic pain. However, I needed to secure this, so it was important to align my personal future with my career future. My career future wishes were (typically for me), pragmatic. However I didn't have a plan to get there. They were a dream for the future, and I needed to get started. Sometimes all that was needed was a gentle prodding, and other times I got the (completely necessary) verbal kicking I needed. The program is tuned for your needs: along with timely and topical one-on-one discussions they skilfully use the right tools from their toolbox, at the right time. Guys don't make close friends quickly - we make acquaintances quickly, and friends in due course. However the program once again broke down barriers. Each of us were going through our own version of The Lone Ranger: struggling to do the right thing for ourselves and our families. Many of us felt unworthy to be in the group, but we were well matched. As we were learning about ourselves we met as a group, and became closer through this shared experience.
