Still being billed $100 without any type of examination. I waited till Monday to follow up with my Primary Care Doctor to be given a small cream and home treatment. Glad I did not waste more money and time at the ER! Show some respect to your customers. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.

I wish I would've asked her name but I was so disgusted with her bedside manor all I could think about was leaving.. very short black hair with a dark tan complexion.. she had to be the RN.. she took my vitals and was not only rude to me during the triage call but rude while she was taking my vitals.. I needed to lower my mask so she can take my temperature all the while the finger monitor was on my right hand's finger.. she tells me " pull your mask up", which I do then she gruffly said, "I need you to keep still!" Like which is it you horrid mean human?! I will find out her name because I will not return if she's still employed there.. it's a damn shame people have to deal with this nastiness while we don't feel good.. she'd ask me a question then get frustrated when I'd answer.. There's another great walk in clinic down the road from cajun market meats in youngsville. I should've driven a little farther and went there, which is a shame considering I live ACROSS THE STREET.. She'd rudely interrupt me after asking me a question and would say "I need you to stop talking, my computer is slow". I'll NEVER return here.
