Where to begin. I have known the owner of Pacific Elite Nannies, Kady since she was a young adult (around 10 years). She worked at Shoreline Christian school with me where I was the Account Manager. My wife and hired Kady to help us find a nanny for our 18-month old daughter. We interviewed several and chose one. She worked for us for 7 days and quit without notice. Kady requires 10% of the first year's salary up front. She has done almost nothing to help us with back up childcare or finding a replacement. Her business model does not create the incentive for her to find a replacement if the first placement doesn't work out. I would not recommend this service to anyone. read more
