I have another friend who sees her every four weeks for waxing and she raves about her too. Danielle is so sweet, she keeps you talking your entire appointment and remembers what you spoke about last time and asks you about it. For a mid 20s woman to be doing so well already is admirable. I have appointments after hours but she generally works 9-9 Monday to Saturday. It's very very convenient for people who work 9-5 but you must book in advance. I don't even live close (I'm about 40 minutes away) but I travel every 3 weeks just to see her. The results are absolutely amazing, only people who look at me often could tell they were extensions when I first got them. Now any new people I meet don't even realize I have extensions. They are so realistic, there's no pain or discomfort. She does extensions, waxing, make up, nails and has just become certified in eyebrow tattooing. I would recommend Danielle to anyone. Since their relocation to high street things have gotten better! They now have Bianca who is also amazing and are doing a lot more than brows & lashes. This is the ONLY place to get beautified!

Most of the staff are great at what they do. Some can be a little forceful when doing your nails,…read moreparticularly the manager, and I end up with a lot of little nicks on my fingers as I'm so tense... and she's often distracted watching everything around her. Although a couple of staff members will interact with you and chat, most will only talk to each other. I thought this was just the case during Covid as they had the acrylic screens up but it's been for the few years I've been going there. Would be lovely to have a little more friendly conversation but not a deal breaker at all.
