I wish I would have never visited this salon, I've never had such a poor experience in my life. I had an appointment at 12 PM and did not leave the salon until past 2:00 PM, it took the nail tech over 2 hours to do a simple french nail set that unfortunately went south almost right at the start. Immediately, I noticed that when she started to create the acrylic formula, she was leaving huge globs on my nails. I asked her to please fix this right away and she just laughed and said "not done yet". I then started to notice that when she was filing my nails, they were not even and looked crooked. Again, I asked her to please fix this and she laughed and kept going. The worst part was when she started filing so aggressively towards my cuticles, it left multiple fingers bleeding and I'm currently still experiencing stinging and a burning sensation. Everytime I asked her to please fix something, she just laughed and said "not done yet", but once we were done, it was the worst set I've ever seen. 2 hours and $75 down the drain. I have a strong feeling she realized from the start she had messed up, but decided she did not want to start over and fix it. Ironic how this place is called nail fix, when I will have to now book an appointment at another nail salon after my experience here so they could actually fix my nails.. read more

This nail place Opened up not to long ago, at the beginning it was very good, but it went down to poorly. On 10/20 I had ma nails powder dip, but a week later I went back because the gel coat was peeling off. Then 10 days late my dip started lifting from the back. I went to get one nail fix on 11/5/22 but they said it was old of course I didn't go back sooner because I was on vacation out of state. To bad cuz I really liked this place. Not going back. I really wanted to like this location... I grew up in Santa Clarita, where they have one in Valencia. I got the $45 pedi which includes callus remover. She only did the callus on my left foot and she cut my left foot, big toe nail way too much it's never that short and it shouldn't be rounded since I have ingrown toenails. I feel like she didn't really take care of the bottom of my feet. Definitely will be back but will request someone else to do my pedicure. I called and asked price for pink and white fill. $48 was the price given. I started with Tina and a little bit later Brian took over. He was asking me about color (never been asked about color with pink and white fill, felt strange to me). They recommended I get a complete new set for $56. I went ahead with new set they recommended. I did not get a pink and white I normally have been getting for over 30 years. Now I will need to get a whole new set because of the color that was added to go back to French pink and white. What I got was white tip with colored pink fill paint. I was so disappointed. The charge was $62!! Brian said I could come back in 3 weeks and he will fix at no charge. I will go back and see if it gets fixed at no charge. I will do a new yelp review. read more

The Nail Fix just had its grand opening and I believe I was the first customer ever!! The salon is very nice. All the spa chairs look brand new. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I intended on just getting my nails done but seeing how empty the store was, I decided to include my husband as well. He got his very first pedicure ever and is now hooked lol. I have natural nails that are thick and grow insanely long. Typically do my own manicures using techniques that keep my nails healthy and long. Nail Fix is the only salon I trust to do my nails for special events, vacations and spa days. The salon is clean and staff is professional. Plus I suffer from migraines and chemicals are a trigger...The Nail Fix has an updated filtration system so it does not reek of chemicals like so many nail salons. They use disposable tub liners, nail blocks, and boards. Have taken many friends and family here who were very impressed which makes me feel good. The day of this review and photo I was attending a Halloween Fundraiser. Asked for "coffin" shaped nails. My tech suggested 'square' as I had a few shorter nails and didn't want to take off length...She was right!!! To keep my nails healthy. The techs take their time and are skilled at doing proper cuticle work, filing and shaping. I opt for polish that is "3-8" Free chemicals which is healthier than gel and with care...get 7-10 days! Their pedi's are heavenly...a leisurely massage, hot towels and scrubs. Got so many compliments on my nails at the Fundraiser. I'll be back in a couple of weeks to get ready for the holidays! Saw the good reviews and thought I'd try them for a mani/pedi. Called and made an appt. My daughter and I showed up and were taken right in. Staff was very friendly and kind. Made sure water temp was just right and adjusted it when it cooled off. My daughter and I both had a gel manicure and the delux pedicure with the scrub and extra massage. It was wonderful. And my nails look great. Cost is pretty much the same as most other nail salons but they do a much better job then many of the salons I've been to before. I am updating this review due to a really concerning experience that I think people should be aware of when visiting this salon. I went in to get acrylics soaked off and instead of soaking them off like you are supposed to, the nail technician ripped them off one by one by using an acrylic nail to pop each one off. This is not the correct or safe method to be used by any reputable salon and I am now left with extremely brittle and damaged nails that will take a long time to heal. It's such a shame because I thought that this salon was legitimate and I was shocked to see them use such a cheap method to remove acrylics to cut corners and save time when their prices are that of a higher quality salon. read more

Wondered why nobody ever was in this place...the place looks so nice and clean. I've had three experiences here. I ask every time if they're available for a timeframe that I asked for ......like I have 60 minutes..." can you accommodate me"?and they say yes and they're usually an hour over. It's ridiculous. I have never had broken nails in 20 years.. these nails break like crazy. They also charge five dollars to fix even though you're a reoccurring customer. I wanted to get a pedicure and walked in to try the nail salon in the Albertsons shopping center. I walked and was greeted warmly. Katie immediately sat me in a chair and began getting all of her tools together. I have to say, it was the best pedicure I've had to date. Every employee was very kind and attentive to me. Fact of the matter, I enjoyed it so much that I text my wife and let her know that she needs to give this place a try. It worked out perfect, she let me that she just messed up her manicure while working that day that she just had done a few days earlier. I was in town for business. During my rushed time getting to the airport I inadvertently broke one of my freshly dipped nails. Looking for a nail shop to get back right, this place was recommended by the hotel concierge. They couldn't match my nail color (which I wasn't cray about to begin with ) so I ended up doing my nails all over again. That part, hated it. But the end result was worth it.
