Dont trust any business with wolf creek such as wolf creek builders they are wolves in sheep…read moreclothing. they ran off with all of our construction money when building our log home in Georgia. Then shut down business for a couple of years and started up again. Georgia offers no help for homeowners, laws need to be enacted that protect the property owner against unscrupulous builders. We ended up building the house ourselves out of pocket. We had no money to hire attorney, we were told by our lender who referred this builder because her husband worked with him. He would deliver materials my husband would sign off on draw then when we left he came back and took the materials to a different job site. Bait and switch. The support beams did not even sit on the foundation pilings. some of the beams were just hanging. He hired people with no building experience and just left them at the site. Never tried to correct anything. Argued that They were fine. Then after he drew out all the construction money without our knowledge pulled out competely leaving us with bills all over town where he leased equipment IN OUR NAME. We thought equipment was his and he would be back for it. then we got the bill, we were so shocked. Runs a scam. Not a reputable builder. I could say more but it still burns me to this day.

I had been trying to put up a new ceiling fan for months. This was no ordinary fan. It was 20 feet up hanging from a cathedral ceiling so it was not an easy feat. He came with the right size ladder and kept to his original quote. Perfect gentleman: wore the booties and cleaned up well afterwards. I had gotten quotes to have this done for months but after dealing with disappointing handymen who'd fail to come through, I decided to find one on Yelp. I submitted the quick and easy online estimates and he finally got the job done right. Now the cold and heat circulates well throughout, without the cold and hot spots and all in the flip of a swtch.

Jeremiah and his crew got the work done - fixed any problems (and there are always problems)- they stand behind their work. Compared to neighbors who had to fire contractors mid way through projects, deal with loss of use issues and loss of funds, our project was rather uneventful. We also recommended them to our friends and they were happy with their project too!

I hired them to rebuild two chimneys, apply two coats of paint, caulk, rebuild a d-log siding gable, replace roof screws and put a door cover up. Seemed like everything was going great until clean up day. Next thing I know Greg is doing work he never quoted, I never authorized and was never anything I would have agreed to and telling me I owe him money. When I finally got to see the work that I authorized and paid for I was disappointed. A cable that had been attached to the prior chimney was left swing off the house. Debris from the removal of rotting chimneys was left where it fell in the yard, in the driveway and screws were left on the roof in the yard and in the driveway. The door cover is great if your 5'8" but at 5'11" you may suffer a severe head injury from its low support strut. This unsolicited work that I did agree to is bogus. I expect Greg and I will be in Court soon. My best advice to anyone reading this is to keep looking. This is not a company you want to hire. I wish I had not!
