Art was knowledgeable and personable from the beginning and walked me through it all, every step of the way. I texted and emailed Art at all hours of the day, and he was always timely and responsive to my queries and concerns. Having a good realtor is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself. I've heard nightmare stories from friends and coworkers and I consider myself lucky to have found Art! I suggest you look no further! My whole home buying process was smooth and quick, even in times like this where the market is tight. I closed in 17 days and I have to say I wouldn't have been able to do this without Art's guidance and timeliness. He made sure all parties involved stayed on top of their parts so we could get the whole deal settled ASAP. I will recommend Art to EVERYONE and hope to be able to use him for selling/buying of all my future homes. Thank you Art for helping me and my family get settled into our new home!

We have several well qualified friends in the real estate business and struggled with deciding who to use if we were to sell. We decided that the sale was an important business decision and we began to research other realtors based solely on their reviews, reputation and presentation. Gisele Lampe from Caldwell Banker of the Valley's name seemed to repeatedly rise to the top of the list in those categories and we contacted her to set up a meeting. During that first meeting it was apparent that Gisele already had done research on our home, the Alta Heights area, comps and property records. We hadn't yet retained her as our realtor but she quickly identified a couple of errors which occurred at the city planning level in which our permitted home improvements were never signed off, although they had been completed. Throughout the process she demonstrated that she takes a proactive stance in representing her clients. We also noticed that during the tour of our home, she was keenly observant and utilized her years of design skills to evaluate our property, make suggestions, point out potential weaknesses. One of those suggestions was to conduct a pest inspection. While I knew it would be necessary if we were to go on the market, we had a pest inspection a few years prior and received a clean report so it didn't seem necessary if we were not set on selling. Gisele was tactful and confident in her approach and recommended a different pest inspector than the one who had cleared us before, assuring us that her recommendation was a very thorough and experienced professional. The pest inspection revealed damage which came at a significant cost to repair but was necessary whether we went on the market or not. We had taken a lot of pride in our home and both the news and cost were hard to take. The damage also required that we install a new bathroom which added to an already escalating cost. Gisele was supportive and reassuring and in her very special and intuitive way, she helped us to remain focused on our primary goals and to act accordingly. While the repairs were being made, Gisele introduced us to her whole team, including her husband Jerry, her associate Jamie Hurley and professional office assistant, Laura Brasil. We found each member of her team to be professional, friendly, dependable and realistic in their approach. They all helped us to navigate the repairs while we were away on vacation, meeting with the fumigation company, contractors and arranging to open and close the house in our absence. Gisele set a couple of parallel strategies for marketing our home and even encouraged us to wait or walk away from the sale if we were not comfortable. We never felt as though her primary motivation were her own self interests. My wife and I chose a strategy that most represented our own approach and we signed with Gisele. We felt her insights were logical, well thought out and considered our longer-term goals. Gisele and her team's efforts resulted in a very quick sale of our home, at a good and fair price, which all occurred during a time that interest rates were surging and others told us we were making a mistake because we had missed the positive market opportunities which were prevalent a few months prior. Gisele and her team were all sincere, authentic and professional. Gisele is a superb communicator, she is kind, compassionate, creative, direct and naturally intuitive. We also admired Gisele and her team for advocating on our behalf and operating with the upmost integrity, taking steps to make sure our interests were protected, while working cooperatively with the buyer's agent and doing her best to ensure the buyer was satisfied. We are so pleased with Gisele and her team. We recommend her to others without reservation.

For the most part, the realtors we've used did their job just fine but others were incredibly horrific, some nightmarishly incompetent in so many ways that we couldn't believe we were tied up in the midst of such madness. How did we get here? How did they get their licenses? That happened twice. Since we were interested in buying a home in the Napa/Sonoma area and without any personal connections there, I relied on YELP reviews. After contacting a few prospects, I decided on Cathi Litle because she had a 5-star rating, and the reviews spoke of a realtor that was responsive, very important to me, and worked in both Napa and Sonoma. From the onset, Cathi appeared to be very knowledgeable of what we were looking for and directed us to the perfect neighborhood. I felt a personal connection with her just in texting and emailing. Once I actually met her, she's just totally a sweet person, nothing harsh about her in any way which I think worked really well in our final dealings with the sellers and their realtor, since we had special requests to travel a long distance to view our potential new home a few times before closing. And, most importantly, she was on the case with the "2nd nightmarish realtor" we ended up with trying to sell our home. She maneuvered around that frightening situation on our behalf with such grace making sure that all the bases were covered and that everything came together with no loose ends. Aah! If it wasn't for her competence on that end of the deal, things could've been a total bust. It wasn't all Cathi, we had to work through some things on our end to sell our home but she was right there for us when we had questions. To me, that's what a realtor should be doing. They should be there when you have questions, when you need advice and to make sure that all of the details are taken care of. Cathi is essential to making everything gel, making everything work in the process of buying a home so that you don't have to worry during what can sometimes be a very stressful process. It was proven to us over and over again that Cathi was not only competent, not only knowledgeable but she applies her skills as a tactful negotiator in a very subtle manner that works. We can't be happier that we fell upon Cathi Litle on YELP! She is all business on one end and she's your "partner" in finding the right place for you on the other end. It's a good ride!!

Sierra Pujals not only put us in a great position, but she showed Empathy, patience and kindness through out our process of buying a home. She truly has our best interest and she treated us like family. When our house was selling out in Antioch, it took longer than expected. Sierra kept my fiancé and I calm. She gave us great pointers and communicated with the sellers on our behalf keeping them patient and making sure communication between all parties was open and transparent. Honesty was the name of Sierra's game. The house we purchased is a centrally located property here in the Napa Valley... after seeing 2-3 homes and being very disappointed in what we saw, Sierra had the warmest smile and said "let's not dwell, let's move forward and I have something you will love" I had finally told her "we want to be near family and we want to entertain with friends and family!" Low and behold, WE LOVED THIS HOME! It was absolutely perfect! This house had space for entertaining, large rooms, and plenty of space to store all of our kitchen gadgets! This home also came with various fruit trees and a nice looking pre started garden. I told Sierra, this home is beautiful, but idk if we will be able to have it with the cost and everything else we had going on (we are getting married this year and my fiancé is switching careers) she looked at me and said "Crystal, this is your home.l and I will do everything I can to make this a reality for you and Vince." She DID!!! And now we own this beautiful home that I am so grateful for.. I am also so grateful that even after the sale, Sierra still communicates with the sellers and any questions we have, she answers. She also gives us great tips for home ownership and has been an absolute gem to work with. If you are looking to buy, if you are looking for someone who truly cares about you and your family and you well being with staying within your budget, go with Sierra... She is a true asset to the Napa Valley Community and a true blessing in the real estate community. Thank you Sierra!

Sierra was incredibly helpful and thoughtful in crafting a day of viewings in both Napa and Sonoma, letting my husband and I take it all in and come up with our own thoughts, while also providing really constructive feedback at the perfect times. When we finally decided on our dream home, Sierra was available 24/7 and answered all of our annoying questions and concerns. She helped craft a great strategy in a multiple-offer scenario that ultimately ended in us getting the house. Furthermore, when the transaction went sideways and got extremely complicated, Sierra's local connections, constant communication with the seller's agent and her positive attitude got the deal closed. Lastly, Sierra went above and beyond and was always available post closing to connect us with great local contractors and give us intel on the local "must-knows." We are so lucky to have worked with Sierra and are glad to now call her a friend.

Chelse R Rinehart is hands down the best realtor I've dealt with (and I've bought and sold a number…read moreof homes). My spouse and I set off to find our grand luxurious main home as we approached our retirement years. Wanting to stay in the Bay Area, we took a broad approach to our search.  We had a realtor in each of the Bay Area  counties so that if we found our dream home, we would have someone to work with us to obtain it.  Our search has been years long, as we were uncertain where to put down roots. We also faced the  balance of matching what we want with what we could afford.  Chelse was one of our  realtors as she represented the wine country from Napa to Sonoma counties.   In the years since being in touch with Chelse, there was indecision and Covid.  Chelse never ever pressured us in any way.  She did, however, keep in touch by sending friendly messages a few times a year - just to check in, say hello and wish us well.  We appreciated this approach because until we had settled in on the North Bay, we just weren't ready to put forth any effort. It's fair to say that we tried in vain to obtain the sort of home we wanted within the inner Bay Area, as in San Mateo County, where we were currently living.  Meanwhile,  we looked east, towards Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.  But it was becoming apparent that Santa Rosa offered more of what we wanted. Alas, in the end, we chose the North Bay and in particular, we fell in love with the Fountaingrove neighborhood in Santa Rosa. Hence, from a pleasant yet dormant relationship with Chelse, we contacted her to see a particular home that caught our interest.  While we didn't buy that home, our appetite was awakened and we began making the trek to Santa Rosa each weekend, meeting with Chelse and looking at homes, meeting with builders and generally exploring our options.  It all fell into place, literally after years, and our focus and quest became laser sharp for a luxury home in that area.   Throughout the searching experience, the meet-ups and hours together, Chelse remained the lovely, charming, patient, non-sales-y person that educated us at every juncture, warned us about important aspects that didn't occur to us and guided us towards that perfect balance between following our desires, the realities of cost, and every other aspect to consider along the journey.  Her patience never flinched and, although she is a busy realtor with other clients, she always made us feel we were her only clients. We found the builder we wanted to work with, but the market was slim picking and we were momentarily at a standstill.  Then, Chelse found a piece of land in Fountaingrove that was ideal.  It wasn't on MLS yet, but somehow she obtained an unpublished flyer, and we knew it  was perfect in every way - flat, large, and with unobstructed views!  It was understood that if we didn't grab it fast, it would have been snagged by one of the developers already circling it.  With Chelse's steadfast encouragement and guidance, we decided to make an offer.  She knew this lot was what we envisioned and did not want us to lose this opportunity.  When we said yes, she told us she'd already written the offer so not a second would be lost, so it was ready to go - and Boom, we got it!   Next steps- meet again with the builder of our choice and start the process of building our dream home on a piece of earth.  We are currently midstream in that process and I cannot tell you how appreciative we are of Chelse as she remains on top of every aspect of the process.  She is always prepared and several steps ahead of the process, keeping us informed and knowing what to expect.  Whenever research is required, she is on top of it , hardworking and dedicated to do beyond her due diligence as our representative in what is inherently a stressful (yet exciting) process.  The unknowns, expense and fragmented nature of a home-build is daunting, but with Chelse's help, it has been not only manageable, but fun and exciting. Countless times throughout  the process, we needed to contact and schedule various people ranging from the pool contractor, to the builders, to the lending company, and she was always right there on top of it.  Also, whenever research was needed relating to our build, she would pounce on it, stating, "I got that, I will call... I will find out... I will get back to you on this..." And she never disappointed, true to her word, in her hardworking steadfast way at every single juncture.  Hardworking, committed, detail oriented, warm and friendly-- who could ask for more? Need a wine country realtor?  Look no further!
