I stopped in for a caffeine fix and ended up getting some cookies to take to a meeting with customers. Delicious!

Clean and well organized. Fast service. Has a board in the corner that shuffles randomly with messages like they might use at an airport which is appropriate because you will pay airport prices. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a London fog and total was $23 before tip.

Need a place to chill or visit with friends? Searching for great, welcoming service? Check out The Milk House Coffee Company is a great choice. While you're there, check out their seasonal drinks. No matter what you like, they probably have a flavor for you. This Fall, I am OBSESSED with their "Sweater Weather Chai" - chai tea with a hint of vanilla and blackberry.

They have two of these seats. They are really comfortable. They are next to each other with a table in between.

I really enjoyed my visit here. It's really cute and cozy. They have some unique decor like a wall mural. There was soft music playing. The parking lot is a decent size and I had no problem getting a spot on a weekday afternoon. I had an iced latte with oat milk. It was pretty good. Not bitter and had a nice amount of ice. They had some good looking baked goods, although I didn't try any. The person working was friendly and made our drinks quickly. It took, at most, five minutes to make two iced lattes. I liked that they have a few comfortable chairs that you can sit in for a while. The chairs at the tables look like they might be nice for a bit as well. There were many people working in computers for a while. They have two bathrooms. There is a big garage-like door that was open and a small breeze was coming in. They had a few books and games available.

Its a cute breakfast place with super quick service and lovely ambiance. We like to go for a morning coffee as its close to our place and the bagels are our favourite!

This coffee house was great, you can't beat the location, plenty of parking. It was getting busy even at 6:30am and there is only one barista at the time. But I am not complaining about that because around 7am there was plenty of barista's. The group I was with enjoyed the burritos, the only thing was there was not enough seasoning but who cares. They can add salt & pepper and there was hot sauce if they wanted it. I had a latte first, it was really delicious, my bagel tasted great but a little burnt on the top. I am not complaining but she could have said hey the top is a little crispy again no big deal! Than I had another drink after being there a few hours... That drink was amazing, the barista was amazing I did not get their name but they were great!!! You need to go check it out and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed I promise

It's so cool to see beloved old shops, reestablished into even better shops! The Milk House Coffee Co., in Everett, WA, is this super darling coffee shop, that was once a well-known neighborhood milk company. We used to go there, with my grandparents, and get milk (in the beautiful glass bottles). For some reason, milk is always tastier, that way too! The owners of The Milk House Coffee Co. keep the memory alive, of Walt's Milk House, by keeping some of their bottles, as decor! Their furniture and decor are also from former area buildings and establishments, making this location extra special! They also have a convenient drive-thru, if you're in a rush! Their pastries are super tasty, because they're baked by the owner of Pavé bakery, that was once in in downtown Everett. (I legit get no less than 4 pastries, each visit, because they're that amazing!!!) So, if you want a super cozy, neighborhood coffee shop, with lots of love, then this is the place to be!

A treat for both of us! Thanks Milkhouse!

This place is the best!! I've been here a few times now and I always get the same order - breakfast…read moreburrito with avocado and London fog tea or their seasonal coffee beverages. I've been wanting to try their chocolate chip cookie but it's never ready when I've gone. Their burrito is delicious though, it's packed and super filling, not to mention the sauces are the best part! I wish they gave a little more as I end up finishing the sauces before the burrito is done because they're sooo tasty with the burrito. I also wish they had other meat options other than bacon. They don't have chicken add ins but other than that it's a great place! I've also had their biscuit and jam, but that's just ok. I wouldn't get it again. It's not that tasty or memorable. There's lots of seating, food is ready fairly quickly, service is great and employees are friendly, and parking right outside. So convenient!

However, and I'd like to share my feedback on my experiences. - The food is decent, though it's often prepared for presentation rather than taste. It frequently arrives cold. - The coffee and tea are overpriced and tastes mediocre. - for instance, I paid $8 for a 4-ounce mix of espresso and orange juice that made my stomach hurt. - I also paid nearly $7 for the "peach blossom tea" and ended up getting 3/4 cup of ice, packet tea, and sweetener in a cup. - I've tried nearly everything on the drink menu and nothing is 'great' - The wait time for an order is incredibly long, and the employees are often distracted and preoccupied with other tasks, making it difficult to get my order taken. Overall, go to narrative for the ambiance and food, NOT the drinks.

Wow. Velton's has changed my coffee life. I recently discovered Grain Artisan Bakery in Snohomish…read more(highly recommend), & since it was afternoon, I got a decaf latte to go with my rhubarb custard tart. With decaf, I've come to expect that I will need the sweet treat to enhance the drink, but this coffee was absolutely as good as the amazing pastry, which is super, super rare!! It was Velton's Three Ravens Blend, the best decaf - by far - that I have had in more than a decade of searching. Three Ravens is completely delicious standing alone - which is what I've been searching for - and it harmonizes beautifully for the half-caf I like to drink in the mornings. I first emailed the business about which of their caffeinated offerings they would recommend for this, and Velton Ross got back to me right away with the friendliest, kindest reply and several very thoughtful suggestions. So far I've enjoyed the Bonsai Blend - an excellent and delicious accompaniment, just a slightly warmer, brighter profile when full-caf than is my preference - and I am going to order the Twilight Blend next. Although you cannot buy in person from their roastery, you can easily order from their site. They have lovely detailed descriptions of everything they offer, and shipping is very quick and very reasonable. They roast on Mondays and ship on Tuesdays, and I have always received my order (in Shoreline) by Friday, or Saturday at latest. There are also quite a few retail locations from Everett to the eastside - and even one each in Vegas and Montana! - where you can buy their beans and/or drink their coffee. I greatly appreciate that they took the time to list these on their site with detailed information about each establishment. So helpful for learning about local businesses I might have otherwise never come across. Online, you can purchase both whole bean and pre-ground for espresso and drip coffee. The drip coffee grind was a little too fine for my coffee cone method. So I experimented with whole beans and found that, for me, the flavor is perfect when I grind them one setting coarser than I used to use for other coffees. The best part of all of this, is that this is the first decaf I've ever been able to drink without a feeling of compromise, extra doctoring, or gaslighting myself into believing that it's good. Zero disappointment!! I can make a straight decaf cup any time of day and know that I'm going to love every sip. Thank you, Velton's!!

Choco cherry bread was ok but would have liked more Choco chips and cherries in it - tasty though. Scone decent size. Bit in the dry side but warming in microwave helped. There were a couple of people ahead of me in line but service was quick. Lots of savory and sweet pastries to choose from - the massive cinnamon roll caught my eye, and I couldn't resist not getting it, also got the twice baked almond croissant and a kouign amann. I ate the kouign amann soon as I got into my car - it was the perfect amount of sweetness and flakiness, albeit a bit small in size despite being around the same price point as the croissant and cinnamon roll. Unfortunately was not a big fan of the cinnamon roll. Though the roll itself was pillowy soft upon reheating it in the microwave a bit, it lacked the amount of cinnamon that you would expect, and the frosting on top tasted like cake frosting with it almond extract in it and was far too sweet. I had to scrape most of it off. Almond croissant was also just okay - filling was on the sweeter side and croissant itself just didn't taste very fresh.
