The Home Loan Sheldon show was on ( this was maybe a year and a half ago during the darkest hours of the Sub Prime Mortgage meltdown). I was finally hearing a refreshing, though extremely negative rant about how bad things were and how bad things were going to be going forward. Keep in mind that biased mass media outlets ( Union Tribune and Real Estate agents) were saying the bottom was here and " you better buy now or you'll be shut out six months from now" *cough couch it's been almost two years, are we all shut out of the market???* Sheldon was right, for the most part, and was a true joy to listen to on the drive to work.. The Lord of Lending Show ( With the Princess of Property and years ago Dallas Woodring). I listen to this every Wednesday. It's good, though it's more "Bull" than "Bear". It's entertaining but they need someone well spoken to be a counterpoint to Steve's opinions of the market. - Wednesday 8AM

His Co-Host Andrea Kaye provides a lot of comic relief when she expresses her far right political views...This could possibly be the best radio show anywhere..The engineer Rick must have spent some time in a mental hospital..It's like he is just a few steps away from a high tower and an automatic weapon...My Tuesday morning drive to work is the best thanks to The Becker & Kaye Show...

KFSD suffers from ir- regular interruptions for several years, ranging from just a few minutes to the better part of a day. More recently, nearly every song now is interrupted by static bursts which make enjoyable listening impossible. The station is aware of these problems; it chooses to ignore them. Avoid this station. It doesn't care.

Very cool production studio! This is their new location, having moved from the west side of the 5…read morefreeway about 10 minutes away. I was here for a taping of On the Air with Sully (of The Sully Band) and Little Tommy. The Sully Band is the house band for the tapings, and it was fun to see them in-person again. The Show from Rock 105.3 was the guest for the taping, which is how we were able to sign up for the audience. Everyone was super friendly, and the process was fairly simple. We were sent an email ahead of time with instructions on when to show up, etc, and some ground rules. We had a great time cheering Eddie & the gang on for the show! I got to meet some other P1s, and I'm sure I'll see them at the next event! They said that the studio will be available soon as an event space, that would be a great place for a party!
