The counter was unorganized with paperwork and office supplies. We saw all this after we had to call them and let them know we were outside trying to get in. The door was locked and they were not responding to us knocking on the door, even though the guy was sitting at the desk the whole time. When we walked in and saw the disarray of the store we started feeling like the place was a little sketchy. The guy behind the desk asked what were needing and we told him we have our legal medical ID's with us and needed to make a purchase. He asked if we had our prescription or any other documents with us and we told him the ID's were all we had on us as were were traveling from the states. He said the ID's were not good enough. He then said nothing, ignoring us and turned around to speak to a coworker that had stepped out from the back room. He ignored us, said nothing else. No sorry, or no goodbye, thanks for stopping in.
