Three ladies were working the front, they looked like they enjoyed working there - high potential for juicy gossiping. $9 for a pair of pants. I also found out they have a free pick up and delivery service near their stores which I feel too guilty to use considering I live around the corner from them, but if you're not in a rush this is a great option! I like to do what's called a feedback sandwich in my reviews, where I remark on a good quality, follow it up with an area to improve, then end again on a positive quality. Let's see... What's something good I can say about this place....? It's in a convenient locator ion that's close to work, however this doesn't count for much since you're going to be late for work anyway because the staff like to keep people waiting. Speaking of the staff there is a serious attitude problem, as they love to let you know just how much of an inconvenience you being there is to them. I think that this place looking to get the pocket my name is in a pair of trousers replaced. I was charged $50 and asked to return in a week. Upon collecting my trousers I found for the pocket linings were not replaced, just the holes sewn up. This meant that I had to purchase linings and see them into the trousers myself only a week later. When trying to discuss this with establishment of the attitude went from cold and distant to hot and hostile very quickly! You do not want to pull these guys up on their mistakes! So many reviews from people with very similar stories, why are they still operating?

Service is really good (though I never go in for anything but your basic dry cleaning) and the prices are on par. They always treat my babies gently and have always removed any specific stains I've brought to their attention - including one huge coffee stain on my cream Lover dress, which I was totally freaked out about. They also offer your usual bits and bobbins - zips, dyes, buttons and the like - as well as minor alterations, but I wouldn't really recommend them for anything but the super basic, super specific alteration, as they're not really set up for it and don't have a change room. But hey - they do one thing and they do it well.

Two of my expensive and new jumpers were badly damaged by dry cleaning. They used to be oversize, very soft and fluffy. But they became significantly shrunk, very tough and too tight to wear. They costed more than $300 in total. He did not apologise at all and became angry with me when I complained about the result. Moreover, he insisted that he would repair them by dry cleaning them again. When I went back to pick them up again, he said that they were not ready yet despite his promise about the date and time for returning. I asked him when they would be available but he did not give me clear date and time. It took a long time to get date and time to come back again from him. When I went back to pick them up again, the jumpers were not improved at all and still in very bad condition. Again no apologies. On the label of the jumpers, it clearly said 'dry cleanable' but he said that they were not dry cleanable and manufacturer gave wrong labels. He actually dry cleaned them twice and promised that he would repair when he insisted that he would do the second try. He refused any reimbursement and compensation, even $20 dry cleaning fee. I brought the jumpers to a store I purchased. They said that the jumpers became like cardboard and extremely shrunk although they used to be nicely big and soft. They also called their central office and confirmed that the jumpers were definitely dry cleanable and that they have not received any complaints like that from their customers. On the label of the jumpers, it says 'cleaner: please use low temperature'. I do not believe that he read it. I also took the damaged jumpers to another dry cleaner and they said that they were dry cleanable but damaged by being treated in a wrong way. I do not want anyone else to have similar experience.

Amenities include: an internet kiosk, $3 espresso machine, vending machine, commonwealth atm and a large table to fold and organise.
