Lost contact for a be long time when phone service was lost. We were told a reason which was not true and were told other untruths that chipped away at our trust of this business. We were told the unfinished job would most definitely be completed before winter and then he disappeared and it is still not completed. He has been untruthful with us on the reason. It makes us distrust that he will ever finish our project that he's been paid for (because he insisted on it. Even tho there was a complication due to some possible faulty stain, other parts of the job were just not completed and we will be proceeding with efforts to get this finished or some of our payment back. Truthfulness and honesty are the biggest reason for our dissatisfaction but he also lacks some professionalism in his behavior on the job.
