Something had come up and Ann didn't have my number to let me know. We were given Ann's card and told to call the next day for a reschedule at a discount to make up for our trouble. Initially, I scheduled my appointment via Ann's webpage. There was a request for phone #, email etc. plus Ann and I had previous email communication. At that time me and my friend were just bummed since this was preplanned and my friend was only in town the weekend. I reached out the next day and requested another appointment for later on Sat since my friend had a.m. plans. Ann came back with one appointment time in early afternoon.
