I was never a believer in "psychics" or "mediums" until my life had trauma and a friend recommended me to Darlyne. First let me just describe your initial experience upon entering her business. You walk into her office and are usually greeted by a receptionist in a comfy atmosphere. Eclectic decorations adorn the walls and a witch is hanging down on a swing, think nothing of it. Darlyne is a unique reader, eccentric and down to earth. When you speak to her, you feel as if you've known her your whole life. She doesn't keep "files" of you, she's in her early 70s and been practicing her craft for over 45 years. One perk to seeing Darlyne compared to other practitioners in her profession is that she allows clients to record the entire reading. If she was a psychic that wasn't legitimate and weary of her own abilities I don't think she would allow this. But due to her decades of experience, laundry list of clientele and repeat customers of over 20+ years, I think that speaks for itself. Not to mention the wait time to book an appointment varies - at some point people have to wait 6-months just to see her out of sheer popularity, but other times people cancel for whatever reason and a slot opens up and they get filled immediately. So - that reason, along with the fact that Darlyne doesn't need to advertise due to her loyal following, are reasons enough to take the first step in wanting a psychic reading. This is a review so you're going to hear my positives and not so positive points. One thing people complain about is that you'll have to wait for the person's reading to get over with.... but Darlyne typically runs late. Sometimes a half hour, sometimes by an hour. BUT FOR GOOD REASON. She isn't someone who rushes people out and she doesn't look at her clients as a cash transaction. She looks at her clients as valued human beings, as individuals- therefore she doesn't rush her clients out the door. However, if you're someone who values legitimate truth and honesty, you'll be glad you waited. Once she gets started, Darlyne will ask what your sign is (i.e. Virgo) and ask you to pull X-amount of cards. Sometimes 15, sometimes 21 it depends on the spread(s) she uses. Again, you are allowed to record the entire thing so you can reflect after the reading specific pieces she tells you. I don't want to spoil anything but there are specific topics she is 100% right on and it freaks me out sometimes lol When it comes to medical - albeit your own family members, friends or yourself, Darlyne is correct. Ask the receptionist, there's stories of people she has warned them about with medical malpractice and people have lived 5+ years longer, predicted cancers etc. But for me personally, she has predicted things that I would never have thought of and then it happens. When it comes to relationships and family, she is always spot on but time frames are never 100% accurate, because life is fluid. Whether you choose to see her is up to you. Some people are weary on seeing someone who asserts they can "predict" the future, a lot of that isn't really what Darlyne is about. She can talk to you about auras, angels, and even loved ones who have recently past sometimes show up DURING your reading. I say this only because close friends of mine who passed have come through and I only know for sure because only certain information I know about them came out from the reading and it does give you chills down your arm, but a comfort at the same time. Would I recommend going to see Darlyne Absolutely. Is she on time every day? Nope. Does she give people information they WANT to hear? Nope, she gives people information that she sees and is the truth. If there is information you really don't want to know - or if you perceive is truly bad, she won't tell you out of respect of your wishes. But if you're truly wanting answers or even just a fun experience to treat yourself, she is the psychic to go to. Her readings have changed my life. I went from feeling hopeless to hopeful, and no matter what happens during your reading, you always walk out of there feeling better about something. So go treat yourself, she's worth it! ~*Rachel*~ read more

The Magic of Believing - Darlyne's office is second floor on the left - Supernatural Readings Near Me - North Reading, Massachusetts

Darlene was a pleasure to meet! As stated by other reviewers we did wait a bit for our appointments. But it was well worth the wait! She knew specific details about each of my children and my husband and described their personalities to a T. She knew I was in the process of changing my name. She was a marvel to watch as she worked and a real kind soul. I've already invited her to our home for a group reading! Thank you, Darlene! read more

Darlene is fantastic. She predicted things that truly have happened in my life. Sometimes it could be a couple of years later but still came true. read more

She read me over 10 years ago and legit everything she said, has happened. it's wild. booking another reading asap.

Darlyne has been a trusted confidante and mentor for many years. She's one of the best and always spot on for advise!

Visited when I was 18, and my husband was predicted! She said I would be 26, he would be tall and work in a restaurant. Well I worked at many restaurants since trying to speed up the process. Then 2 weeks after my 26th bday I went out in Somerville and randomly met my husband who had just gotten out of work, at a restaurant where he bartends! I never forgot that part of the reading! Thank you!! read more

Darlene has a gift. She predicted every massive transition in my life well before I knew any of them would happen. I've seen her 3x and every time I am more impressed than the last. read more

Darlyne. She was eating pretzel thins and honey mustard all the while while informing me of my future. Listen to this prize: 1. I like helping people (after telling her I'm a nurse) 2. I'm insightful and really listen to people (after telling her I'm going to be a psych nurse) 3. I will have big babies (talk about out of LEFT FIELD) and most likely twins (which I have heard before from palm readers) 4. I will befriend a tall dark handsome Frenchman/Ukrainian man named Maurice whose work I will admire greatly... or maybe his name won't be Maurice (after she must have dropped some acid) 5. My boyfriend is not "the one" (after I tell her I don't buy the whole "soulmate" thing) 6. I will marry a hockey player (after the Bruins won the Stanley Cup) All I heard besides the Charlie Brown wamp wamp wamp wamp was MAURICE AND BIG BABIES. Her assistant (who repeatedly stretched out on a medicine ball as we were in the waiting room) interrupted our session about 6 times. The cassette player she recorded didn't work. She was crazy expensive. I felt like I knew her already as soon as I sat down. Instantly comfortable. Very weird experience. Curiosity MIGHT bring me back. read more

I just got a reading over the phone; so can only talk about the experience...I will totally five star it if some of the things come through. I don't know how good she is, but I was instructed to send a picture of myself and anyone I had questions about. She totally just started without any hesitation, and told me who I would meet, zodiac, age range, occupation, approximate living situation, and name. The problem to me was that other than the zodiac, this described my ex almost exactly, even the name. read more

I don't know that it's totally fair to give someone a rating based on a reading you never had ... there may have been a very good reason for her not being there. Other people have life emergencies and mess-ups too, you know. I think that review should be taken down until the person actually gets a reading. I had two readings from her back in 1995 and in 1999 and everything was spot on. The only thing that didn't occur (or hasn't yet) is the having three children thing. She somehow knew the name of the man I ended up marrying ... but beyond that, I have friends and relatives that go to her and get excellent readings. Just remember that tarot and psychic readings are always a reading of the energies at work, and some of it is a true gift of seeing the future - but we all have choices. read more

I've waited 7 years to write this for its accuracy. I was read in the summer of 2011. I can tell you Darlene is only good with current situations in your life if you're looking for any future info just forget it she's a waste of money. Let me tell you why... I was going to marry someone named Michael- I'm married now and my husbands name is not Michael and neither is his middle name. Chicago is very important- we'll its been 7 years and Chicago means nothing to me. But the best one... I was going to have one kid and it would be a boy the boy was "meant to be" well guess what, next week I'm going through a radical hysterectomy due to my cervical cancer diagnosis and I'll never have children. Good job Darlene! read more

After doing plenty of online research, I was ready to give Darlyne a try. I booked my appointment in November for 10:30am today, and was really looking forward to it. Given how in demand Darlyne seems to be, I rushed to her office to be on time...and then sat in her waiting area until 10:45. She never showed up! The person at the desk said she tried to reach her by phone, but was getting no response. I had to leave at 11 to get back to pick up my daughter at the bus stop, so at this point the entire trip was a waste. I was told I'd get a call to reschedule, but so far nothing. Frankly I'm not sure I want to go back there again, I was so annoyed. Three months to wait for an appointment only to get a no-show? I may do what I knew I should have done along - head to the Tea Room in Boston. read more

I went in 2016 and had a great session. Everything has fallen into place. She said I would get a new job for a substantial amount more money that was entry level and in 2017 I did get a job that was as described. In 2020 I met the person she described to a T. A police officer or state trooper who was going through a divorce and rode a motorcycle, he went to be a state trooper and decided to work in his home town as a police officer. She told me not to move in with my then current boyfriend, but of course I did, that ended in disaster. Waiting for other things to develop that she told me. Yes she does run late but that's because she doesn't rush the readings. Worth the wait. Remember not everything is set in stone, sometimes circumstances can change and so the outcome can change. The readings I believe are the most likely outcome at that time and can change or not. Happy with the results. read more

Darlyne is truly a wonderful reader. She is very gifted, and she definitely won't try to rip you off or take advantage of you. Yes, many times, Darlyne runs late with her appointments and you will have to wait months for an appointment. My husband and I usually go together so to get two appointments together can take a little longer. We usually go 2-3 times a year to see Darlyne, and we've been seeing her on a regular basis for about 6 years I believe. She's wonderful! She's generous with her time and spirit, and if you see her more than once your connection with her grows and I think she can go even deeper in her predictions. She has been 100% correct on so much of what we have asked her. We are still waiting for certain predictions of her to come true, but I know she will be correct in the end. She even got a money figure correct - how much we would get in a settlement! She was EXACTLY right! For Karen S., I would give her another chance. Call her office again and try to book an appointment - but expect that she will run a little late. She has a very comfortable waiting room and you can spend the time reading, relaxing, chatting with whoever is in her office. Be open to anything. I guarantee you will love your appointment. It will be worth the wait! read more

I went to Darlyne over 3 years ago. There were only 1 or 2 things she said that came true. #1 - was that I was going to move in with my boyfriend (now ex). #2 - I was going to move out shortly after. I did move out because of an rocky relationship (which she did not warn me about). She then said I would move back in with him and that we would get married (which never happened). Since it was so long ago I have forgotten some things but have remembered she told me I would have LARGE babies (which run in mine and my new fiances family, so I'm expecting it). Also that I have anger issues...which I did when I was with my ex but have now subsided. I would go to her again but in all, it was just okay. read more

My mom loves this kind of stuff and is always asking me to come with her. A lot of the things Darlyne said were spot-on and came true a year or so later so I guess those are good odds! read more

My reading left a lot to be desired. It started off with her not acknowledging me and being on her phone and she ate the whole way through. My reading was strictly card reading which I find to a bit BS, similar to a horoscope, not conclusive and simply interpreted a certain way. She seemed very tired and all over the place. I really couldn't follow a lot of what she said. The price is way too much when you consider what other psychics charge and what they do. Unfortunately I don't think she is the real deal. There are better, more professional psychics that don't charge as much money. read more

This reading blew me away. She was spot on with everything she said things I never thought even were true. It was amazing and she is such a sweet woman and so genuine I loved her so much. I am 1000% coming back and seeing her again. Def go see her it's a life changing experience and so worth it. read more

Several years ago, a close friend recommended that my wife and I see Darlyne. Since that time, we've consulted with her two to three times each year. One aspect that impresses me is that Darlyne always recalls details, which she had shared in readings months or even years before. I also appreciate that Darlyne incorporates her knowledge of astrology into each reading. Hence, over time our conversations delve deeper and her observations hold greater relevance for me. I liken her to a fine painter who continually fills in the colorful details of my life story, helping me achieve greater self-awareness and to continue my spiritual growth. Darlyne is a thoughtful and insightful reader who demonstrates admirable generosity of spirit and a caring nature. I would readily recommend Darlyne for her wonderful gifts and the insightful quality of her readings. read more

So far she is running extremely late and um very disappointed i will post a review on her reading after a few months

I saw Darlyn in Oct 2010...I waited a year before posting my review to give things time to happen. In addition, I did do research on local psychics before choosing Darlyn based on positive reviews. I waited for months for my appointment. And then had to wait 2 more hours in her waiting room. Paid $2 for a cassette that only had about 45 seconds recorded. :( That was annoying. In general, not one thing that she told me has happened. I have seen other local psychics in the past and have had successful readings...that were more specific. Unfortunately, I have to say I do NOT recommend Darlyn. read more

Aside from running a little late her reading was spot on after telling her the zodiac signs of husband and children. She proceeded to tell me amazing details and concerns of my family members. Can't wait to see her predictions unfold and I look forward to another reading in a few months and I will bring friends. I thought her rates were fair and I will book a whole hour next time because the 30 minutes flew by. Darlyne's personality was really sweet and she made the reading very enjoyable. read more

I saw Darlyne almost 2 years ago now. I waited to write this just in case something she said would come true but unfortunately, not one thing she predicted was accurate. She was fun to talk to and had a great personality that made me feel comfortable, but the reading was just not right. She told me very specific things would happen, things that had a timeline, and not only did those things never happen... they were very far off from what did happen. For example, I had just got out of a relationship at the time with someone who was studying abroad and she told me he would come home early because he would get sick, he would come home with a love note for me, he would hate it there, and he would never be able to date another girl because I was the only one for him... well he came home when he was supposed to with a new girlfriend and saying it was the best experience of his life. There were many other examples of this that occurred. Maybe it was just a rare instance of a bad reading, but I wanted to share my experience to help others researching psychics in their area. read more

I have been to more psychics and tarot card readers than I care to admit but Darlene- wow!!!!! I don't know if I can put into words!!! I couldn't make it in so I had a phone reading- I texted her a picture of my face! As soon as she called she jumped right in and immediately I felt like I had always known her! She knew even teeny tiny details that were just so crazy they blew me away!!! She gave me guidance and hope and advice and after I got off the phone I felt so much better! I felt like she cared! The woman has a true gift and wow is she using it!!!!!! Amazing!!!! I have found my forever psychic!! If you are lost like I was and you really need guidance and answers Darlene is your lady!!! I really can't say enough without gushing!!! read more

She didn't tape our reading either. She was right about 2 things. A Gemini void in my life and a Russian. She also told me i would meet a 'David' or a foriegn man probably Italian that would take my mind off the Gemini by October 30th. It's Dec 1st and never happened. Also the worst thing she said was that the Gemini would be getting in touch with me between November 20-30. I waited 3 months for these dates to come with such hope and nothing happened. It kept me in limbo for 3 months only to be disapointed and crying the past 5 days. It set me up for a huge setback. I am a little angry about it for sure. read more

Darlyne is warm welcoming and has a true gift . She told me I would go into labor on August 1 at 2:00 Am and I went into labor at 1:59 exactly . She was spot on about my job situation I would love to book another reading in the future read more

I have been seeing Darlyne for almost 2 years now and she is the real deal! I give her no information to go by and she reads me as if she was in my head. I think that you have to be open to the experience in order to gain true light from it. I have read some negative comments here and I think that some people are receptive to this experience and some just are not. I have referred many family and friends to her and they are all blown away at what she has told them. I am amazed at how many things she knew (even the most obscure things). She knew my sister in law was pregnant even before my sister in law knew. She told me that I was going to get a job offer from a many from another country, that I did not seek out. 2 days later a man from Sweden got my name and offered me a job without even seeing my resume. She also has an amazing medium ability but she tends to stay away from it. But a very important friend that has passed always shows up to my readings and that is what makes me truly believe. She knows things about this person that I had to sit and think about and always ends up having the "ahh ha" moment! Most of what she has told me has already came true as for the things that have not, that remains to be seen. Our future is always changing and we need to remember that she is still human...but with a true gift. I will tell you that she does run behind so be prepared to wait but on the flip side, she makes up for it and always goes over to give you your fair time. She is an amazing woman with a tremendous gift. I was a skeptic until I met her. read more

Not only did this woman describe and predict my life with my husband to a tee, FIVE years before I met him, she also communicated with my dad who had passed 3 months prior.....the things she mentioned, like the day and time he died (exact) she could not have known....she is the real deal read more
