Its really affordable also. Their is disabled accsess also and a free carpark at the back. .The vets are brilliant you can tell how much they love pets because they are so loving and extremley caring with your pets. My cat Chloe gets the best care and treatment. Ive tried other vet practices who in my opion arent as good as oadby vets 4pets who are excellent all round. I rate them excellent in all that they do for you and your pet. .

Took a day off to make sure my cat got sorted. The lady on the desk make it sound like the fault is on me that I came to the wrong branch, which is unacceptable and quite rude since the email I got is a proof of that. The only good thing is she managed to request appointment in the other branch which is in the other side of the city and is quite hassle to get there because of the distance and there is an repair on the other place so the parking will be a nightmare. Please own it if you made a mistake, that's the point of the customer service. Don't make it sound like your patient made a mistake and make us feel bad about it. My cat is already stressed, me and my fiancé also struggle about it, but please please don't make us feel even more worse with trying to put the blame on us. I really appreciate that you manage to get the appointment sorted in different place on the same day. Thank you for that. This review is for the service from the front desk customer service and the system, not for the vets since this is my first time there. Hopefully the service in the front desk doesn't reflect the quality of the vets for Daisy.

My dog spent 2 weeks before I got them the hell out of there and away from with 2 neglectful thieves - DALE AND LORRAINE ! They didn't feed my dog hardly at all which resulted in them loosing 2kg in 2 weeks, left her in freezing, wet conditions and were never there when I turned up unannounced during visiting times , despite them insisting they played with the dogs all day long! All the dogs and cats there were freezing, the heating was never on and the puppies looked like they were on deaths door! I would never have discovered half the things I did if I hadn't kept turning up unannounced. When my concerns for my pet was raised they were worse than rude - they were insulting, aggressive and behaved in an utterly disgraceful manner. DALE and LORRAINE are quite happy to accept peoples money and sit in their big house with their nice cars in the drive which YOU pay for and in return they do b are minimum to naff all for your beloved pet! They have gone way past complacency and without a doubt neglectful and cruel, utterly lacking in basic care for animals and have zero empathy for you as an owner of an animal you love that is part of your family! Please, please do yourself a favour and don't even think about leaving your animal at BAYTON LODGE with DALE and LORRAINE, least of all actually hand over money to them! The two of them were so very reassuring and went a long way further than I could have hoped for, to immediately help me with my pets' quarantine issues. Dale's willingness to travel down to Heathrow at the end of a normal workday was only the start, after which they arranged for the vet to make an unscheduled stop so that the required rabies shots could be given in time to have our boys home before Christmas. Dale was immensely patient with me checking in on our boys and he was equally reassuring. Upon my arrival to pick my pets up, Lorraine greeted me, told me that she was giving one of my pets a bath and told me of a local cafe where I could get some breakfast while she bathed my dog. I returned to find my dog beautifully prepared for his trip home and my cat with a thorough brushing that made him all but runway ready. Dale and Lorraine could not have been a better choice to entrust our pets with, there is nothing that they could have done better, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. I sincerely hope that if anyone finds themselves in the situation that I was in, they are fortunate enough to seek the help of Dale and Lorraine, their pets will be in the best of hands and will be returned to them after what I can only compare to a "spa" trip for pets. We are forever in the debt of everyone at Bayton Lodge.

I took on an older dog last year from rescue centre that has been in with several different…read morecomplaints and I dropped in one day around christmas as dog was bleeding have been treated with curtesy and fairly every time. I have also taken my cat and been involved in her treatment as it has been complicated when she possible fractured a bone in her foot but I have always been included in decisions/options about treatment, this week cat could not have her booster vacs because of underlying illness but I am sure she will have it next week she has progressed so well. I took my budgie this week also, and although I waited a long time to be seen, the vet took time to look up and work out whats best. This time the drugs are off license but budgie is improving which is for the best. So I am a regular user and quite happy with them. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive vets but I can rely on them personally tailoring the service to meet my pets needs and to treat my pets with diligence and good humour. Finally with regard to costs at times I am not charged for visits on a ie check ups and be aware some services are provided by nurses also.
