Moreover the weather that day was very windy and rainy and it wouldn't have worked anyway. We contacted the guy and explained the situation and he said no refunds under any circumstances. He said the only thing we can do is reschedule. How can we reschedule when we don't live in Florida? He never even stated any terms and conditions, we never signed any contract. This is shady business practice and even airlines are not as stubborn and you can work it out with them, but not this guy. He basically stole $175 because he wants to make his money no matter what. This is the difference between a good business and a terrible one. I would avoid him at all cost as you have no rights.
