Basically told to deal direct with State Farm which doesn't work as they all just follow the denial line they are told to. One adjusted said he was reading from the script. Scott just says they aren't going to cover without actually looking at the claim or damage and pushing back for his customer. The good neighbor is no longer there. I would find another agent and insurer. Anyone with same issue please reach out. Funny how they have promised me a report and pictures to show why they are denying but I have never received and Scott is silent on this. Yet 2 roofers have continued to state the roof cannot be patched and they just ignore. All they want is your money.
