While waiting, one of the staff members sat down and had a conversation with me sharing some intel on local spots in Winnipeg (since I was visiting from Toronto). SCOTT the man blessed my boyfriend's head. I kid you not. You get what you pay for and more! Incase you didn't know... he's one of the best barbers out there. From opening his own shop to cutting A-list celebrities hair, you can't go wrong with him cutting your hair. The "barbers" didn't seem to be any more knowledgeable in terms of men's hairstyling than any regular hairstylist. I wanted her to do essentially a skin fade with my beard, explained exactly what I wanted, she cut my beard all the same length. Went back the next day to get her to fix it, explained what I wanted again, cut my beard all the same length again, but a little shorter this time. I won't be going back a third time. If you go, just know you're going for the ambiance in the front of the store, not for the hairstylists in the back.
