All my guests cannot stop talking about how great the music was. Music is so important to my now husband and me. We really wanted a high energy dance floor and that's exactly what we got because of Luciano. He was able to blend two cultures flawlessly with music flowing from one culture to the next. He always knew when to switch a song if it wasn't working and he captured our music tastes after just a couple of phone calls. He was also an excellent hype man and emcee during the wedding. He followed the timeline and planned announcements exactly with very little prep. Throughout the planning of the wedding he was always responsive, accessible, and communicative. Secondly, Drew made some AMAZING suggestions about the flow of the night and order of events - he has so much experience he thought of things I would never have thought to consider. Lastly - Drew's beautiful Wife ran out Photo Booth - which was so much fun! I received the USB stick with all of our friends and family's pictures on it same day. The Props were up to date, relevant and fun - plus they have an OPEN BOOTH meaning not big box just a back screen - multiple to choose from! So much fun! I first reached out on July 13, and we discussed colors and other decor details on August 8. After weeks without a response, I followed up on September 4, and was told my information had been archived in their system. I am glad that I followed up because we were able resolve the issue, and they assured me I would receive an invoice and contract that day, but that never happened. I followed up again on September 18, still without any communication, and was ignored. On September 20, I called again Keetz finally answered the phone and she said her assistant would reach out to me because Keetz saw my message/missed call on September 18. I felt forgotten. On September 27, I followed up one last time before deciding to move on, and still received no response. Keetz seems like a nice person, but the company should focus on improving communication and customer service to benefit future clients. I'm not sure why I had the short end of the stick, but I wish them the best moving forward.
