It's based on Jimmy Barkan and Hatha styles and the room is heated to 34 degrees. You will sweat, you will challenge yourself and you will feel fantastic afterwards. I've tried other hot yoga studios but I personally prefer Yoga Flame as the the heating can be adjusted for the cooling poses. I felt like a fried egg at another studio and couldn't wait to get out of there during savasana as the floor was so hot!

Recommend the Sunday morning 90m Hot class if you're not too hungover. Yoga Flame is my happy place.
