I don't need a pretty set of weights to lift. The down side is the cafe is never open when I'm there. The coaching was non-existent. No tweaks on form, no coaching, and no modifications given to people who needed them. For a gym that is open to all, I expected the coaching to be top notch to accommodate for those non-crossfitters. Others in the class did more coaching than the coach. If you're unfamiliar with heavy lifting, I would not recommend visiting here as you'd risk doing improper form and hurting yourself.

This CrossFit location was close to my home in Grande Dunes, but I never had the courage to walk in. Intimidated. I made the step. I walked in..... Met Heather. Signed up for my two sessions. I'm very excited about her patience and knowledge. I'm excited about the clientele. It's personally competitive, but very supportive people encouraging the individual growth of each person. Nobody is stuck up. Heather is amazing as Coach and the Owner. I'm really excited about this new journey. I hope you find the courage like I did and give it a try.
