This got really annoying as it would reset when in my pocket and when it started again the phone was unlocked and sometimes called or connected to the internet. This got too annoying and I took the phone back. The staff were very helpful and recommended some software that would correct the issue. Within 30 minutes I was on my way with my phone fixed. such a bad store, the customer service is awful, i went in today to buy a PS5, was in a cue of 4…read morepeople waiting to be seen, there was 5 assistants behind the desk but only 1 was serving (the young black guy) the other 4 was too busy laughing and talking about how hungover they are and how they had a great bank holiday weekend. absolutely disgusting, i decided to walk away after 20 minutes of waiting and bought the PS5 from elsewhere.
