We got cotton candy and debated on getting the polar bear stuffed animal. It was really small for 25 dollars. The light show was spectacular and they had a radio station where the light show went to the beat of the music. The biggest negative is it took about 15 mins to get through the show for 40 dollars. It was also difficult to find the park hours on their website (ends at 11pm on weekends). If you fill the car (especially with kids) it is a worthwhile experience. But I will say they do a pretty good job of getting everyone through and in the park. They are also open week days as well. Well... I decided to get a ticket for Saturday night 12/9 so that was my bad. The wait before getting in the light park was an hour. But it wasn't too bad because we knew we were going to wait so we brought blankets and had the windows down and were listening to Christmas music. At check in they were selling snack at the same time as checking the entrance tickets. This kind of made it a bit longer to those who were not buying snacks. The snacks were extremely overpriced but that was to be expected. Once we were in the park it was like 20mins long car ride. The light show was beautiful and my youngest really had a great time. She had her upper body out of the window and was able to watch everything and sing along the Christmas remix they had going on. We really liked it and made a beautiful family memory that night. Now- is it really worth $50 + tax per car? Absolutely NOT! It is expensive for the little time you are actually inside watching the lights. However is it worth the memory and the good quality time with the family? If you can afford it- absolutely yes!! read more

We went late Friday evening and were required to pay $10 extra per vehicle bringing total to $50 each with what seemed to be unwarranted-- considering there literally were no others except two other vehicles behind us--no traffic- no waits- it literally took 10 minutes to complete-the entire maze. we had two vehicles and spent over $200 for nothing special! Only some of the lights blinked with the music and nothing impressive on its layout. The maze seemed to be in a tight space as well as the curves. The only treat were the treats-- pop corn and lemonade, glasses, wands that we paid an additional $30 + for in each vehicle and even bought extra since there eight of us and only enough supplies for four. We returned this year after our first visit in 2021 and I'll say this time it was much better. We came December 22nd around 630, waited in line until 740, pulled up to the white tent first and it took a moment and then we were through. The start to finish of the lights was about 25 minutes. For $71 I do not think it was worth it.. our young kids enjoyed it but the price is too high for what it is. We bought 2 light sticks and they died before we made it through the park. My 3 year old was very disappointed. It was the same lights over and over. Amazing experience and definitely would come back next year. The lights were amazing and synchronized to the music perfectly. The Dash Pass was worth every penny to get ahead of the line! They had lemonade (that was lit up) and popcorn that you could purchase for the drive through the lights as well as glow sticks! I would recommend this to anyone with small children! read more

Currently writing this review as I sit in my car for the 3rd straight hour with 2 small children. We haven't even made it actually into the lights. Traffic is totally disorganized. Nothing seems like it is moving at all. I understand that it's Saturday before Christmas but there is no traffic flow or direction. I went to another show in a different city a few years back and it was totally different. If you decide to come still here are a few tips 1. Come early! Try getting in line around 6 to beat the crowds. 2. Pack snacks and activities because the kids will become antsy and be ready to move. Also anticipate for potty breaks. 3. Make sure that your gas tank is filled up. There's no telling how long the wait is going to be. After 2 hours we ended up turning the car off just because there was no way to know how long we'd be waiting. read more

I bought a ticket to go to the Frisco Location on Christmas night and wow.. what a HORRIBLE experience. When you buy a ticket ahead online you only get a $1 discount. So instead of $60 it's $59 but then by the time you finish getting taxed it's 70 something dollars. The traffic to get in was awful and there is no organization for traffic so everyone is cutting each other in line and not taking turns, etc. then once you get to the parking lot and think you're almost in you get to line up in rows and wait some more. Except now at that point there's no exiting and you're stuck waiting. We waited 2.5 hours before we even got into the park to drive thru it. It's very obvious by the lack or organization and the fact that this company over sells their tickets that they only care about the profit and do not care about the customer's experience what so ever. Highly disappointed. The price and the experience were so poor that I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Don't go to this place unless you have several hours to kill. First of all the website said the entry fee was $55.00 at the gate. They actually charged us $72.14. The website said it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. It was 7:18 when we got in line and it was almost 11:00 when w left the park. (Not including the time it took to get to the entrance) Ticket prices were 72 dollars. There were two of us in the car. All for some mediocre lights. I mean for lights that were the equivalent of something you'd see in a Rich neighborhood for free. Do not waste your time or money. If you have children they will be antsy. Do not give them liquids prior to this either since there's no bathrooms nearby. This is a money grab for sure and absolutely not worth it.
