Putting your baby in daycare is hard, but I walk out of TLE every morning knowing not just that my…read moredaughter will be "okay", but that she's surrounded by people who actually love and care for her, and have her best interests at heart. This is, honestly, more than I expected out of daycare, and makes all the difference in the world. Ms. Miren and Ms. Denise from Infant A are very experienced and incredibly kind and caring. They always kept us up to date on how our daughter was doing, answered all sorts of questions, gave us advice, handled the nuances of our daughter's food allergies, and dealt with our general overbearing-new-parent vibes with grace. We can't thank them enough. In Infant B, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Joel, and Ms. Lourden were equally amazing. They just care deeply about all the kids in their classroom, and it shows through in so many ways; from constantly getting down on the floor to play with the little ones, to taking TLE's fun-themed "spirit weeks" very seriously, to being generally just fun and silly with their kiddos, and putting insane levels of effort into arts and crafts, you can tell that this is not just a job for Crystal, Joel, and Lourden. Finally, the front desk and support staff, as well as the floaters and part-time employees are just plain lovely as well. I think that taking care of children - especially the little ones - is a really tough job (not to mention dealing with all of us parents!), and I couldn't ask for a better group of people to take care of my daughter.

The teachers are very knowledgable in early childhood development and create a very loving and friendly environment. There is a drop off line, so parents don't have to get out of the car to drop their kid off at school, which makes drop off super easy. There's a small playground outside that kids play on during the last 30 minutes of class. The co-op aspect is very manageable. Parents volunteer in the classroom about 5 times per year and are assigned one job. The jobs vary but they are not time consuming. For example, the laundry parent would wash a small load of towels once per week and hand them to the teachers in the drop off line. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!

On days when he struggled or was disrespectful toward his teachers, she would have him sit in her office and talk with him one-on-one. What I really appreciated most was her communication. She always kept me informed about what was going on by calling me directly. She also allowed me to do pop-up visits, which showed transparency and trust. What I truly loved and respected about this daycare is that they made sure my son knew he was loved and supported, but they also held him accountable and made sure he followed the same rules as the other children. That balance of love, structure, and communication meant everything to me as a parent.

From a parent's perspective, the school is flexible and very understanding of unplanned events or oversights caused by being a busy, working parent. Like other reviews state, the default solution for misbehavior is sending a student home. For working parents this is not always an option. When we chose this school for our child, we were told that his special needs were something they were able to handle. This was not our experience. Every slight misbehavior was a phone call home and a request to be picked up. This only reinforces the bad behavior and it continues. We provided extensive evaluations of our child from a psychologist and pediatrician and none of their recommendations were taken into consideration by the school or any leadership. As other families have stated, requests for more information about incidents were met with AI generated responses, canned responses, or no response at all. Requests for meetings with leadership went unanswered until I stated that we were seeking legal council. Our child was also unenrolled without warning after stating we had spoken to an attorney, which was clearly retaliatory. Please consider other options for your child

I appreciate that emotion can influence personal bias in reviews, so I will avoid any subjective comments and highlight my objective experience withdrawing from Everbrook and Everbrook's failure to honor its legal obligations. After giving notice of my child's last date at Everbrook, the director offered to accelerate our departure and waive the notice penalty that would otherwise result from withdrawal. We did not accept the offer in favor of continuous care, and so my child could have an opportunity to say goodbye to his friends and teachers in support of his transition. The week before our scheduled last day, my child forgot a stuffed animal in Everbrook at pick-up. To my shock, my access code had been disabled and we were locked out of the building, despite still having another week under contract. What's more egregious - a daycare center unilaterally breaching a legal contract to provide childcare, or preventing a four year old from saying goodbye to the teachers he's been around for 90% of his life? I'm not sure, but it's an interesting decision for an industry that survives on reputation and mitigating liability.
