This was our first child's first daycare experience, so naturally we were nervous and maybe (maybe?) a little over-cautious in our selection process, but the very professional and compassionate staff have demonstrated time and again they've made every effort to ensure a safe, positive experience every day for every child. Very grateful to Tiny Town!

It has now been a year since we first registered him and we couldn't be happier. Some days we have to chase him just to come home. I feel so grateful to have found such an amazing place with wonderful people. I highly recommend this daycare without hesitation.

I love this Daycare and honestly cannot say enough good things about it. My husband and I closely…read moreinspected and interviewed almost every daycare in St. Albert FOR MONTHS before we settled on this one. Our son has been attending for over a year and we could not be happier with the staff and the owner. Every day when I pick my son up he talks about how much fun he had at "school", he loves the food, and he is always very happy when we drop him off. Most of the staff have been there since he started and having a low turnover in a daycare is a hard thing to do these days. Part of my job is interviewing and hiring educational assistants to work with special needs students in schools so you better believe that I did a very thorough job in researching a place to send my own child. I asked all the right questions and I know what to look for in people who care about early education. Aleksandra, the owner, is a constant presence and has very high standards for her staff. She is an early education professional with a teaching background and we love that she and her staff bring real learning and fun into the daily routine. The daycare and all the toys are extremely clean, the food is amazing (my son loves Serbian donut day), the daycare itself changes every month with a new theme, decorations and fun activities, Aleksandra is always taking pictures and documenting the learning and activities, and there are multiple opportunities for the parents and kids to get together and celebrate different things throughout the year. Anyone who is looking for a quality daycare for their child should seriously consider St. Albert Montessori School.

We feel comfortable leaving her and trust that the team will take the best care of her. During the day they follow the same routine but change the activities. They incorporate small group activities that focus on specific areas of development such as fine motor skills, gross motor skills, communication etc. The children are grouped by skill level to ensure activities are appropriate. They also allow for exploratory play in the class and have a variety of toys/items that appeal to the different senses (toys that make different noises, toys that are visually stimulating etc). A hot lunch is served every day and the babies sit in a table with high chair seats. Nap time is after lunch and some how they get the babies to sleep for at least an hour. We definitely recommend Brite Beginnings.

It is really conveniently located if you work downtown, and especially so if you work in the building. They have coped very well with the pandemic and have had only a small number of children attending which helps keep the risks down, however they are absolutely excellent with the children. We are very happy that the daily hot lunch means that our child is exposed to a greater variety of menu options than those we would provide ourselves. There is also excellent transit to this location.
