We toured a few places and even paid the enrollment fee for a private school, but something kept nagging at me. So, we decided to take one last tour -at Smiling Faces. As soon as my husband and I were driving back from the tour, we both knew that this was the place. Our decision was right, and it has been perfect! Though it's smaller, the school has everything a preschool could offer. I am constantly impressed by the creativity and passion of the teachers, who organize monthly events that make learning fun. My child, who is bilingual and had some delays in language, was a bit sensitive at first, but the teachers welcomed them with patience and warmth, truly treating them with genuine care. The low teacher-to-student ratio allows for personalized attention, not only in childcare but also in learning. They coach the kids on things like letters, numbers, holding a pencil, and table manners. The words my child now speaks are thoughtful and polite, thanks to the careful attention the teachers give to every interaction. Twice a year, we could have parent-teacher conferences to discuss in detail where our child is developmentally, and I believe 1:1 meetings are always available if any concerns arise. As first-time parents, everything was overwhelming and worrisome for us, but Ms. Katie was such a steady guide for us. The only downside for me was the distance, but it was well worth it. I wish I could share more photos, but since they include the children, I will only share a few. Ms. Katie and Ms. Adriana, we truly feel blessed that you were my child's first teachers. Thank you so much!

Smiling Faces fostered both education and growth of its students in such a nurturing environment. My son thoroughly enjoyed himself when he attended Smiling Faces all those years ago. On our very first day, Miss Katie had to pry my son off of me so that I could leave. He was crying because of his fear of separation and I felt horrible leaving him in that state. Miss Katie reassured me that he would settle and so I left with a heavy heart. Shortly afterwards, I pulled into a gas station and began crying myself Within a few minutes, Miss Katie texted me pictures of my son playing and smiling with the other children at the daycare which comforted my heart so. When I picked up my son that afternoon, he was happily and comfortably playing with the other students. It was as if he had been attending Smiling Faces for many months. Over our time there, I was able to witness firsthand Miss Katie's dedication to each of her students. She leads with kindness and love and it is quite obvious to all. She is committed to the fostering, development, and well-being of all of her students. I have nothing but tremendous respect and admiration for Miss Katie and Smiling Faces.

We had heard great things before enrolling, and it has truly been one of the best decisions for our family. We are so happy with the attention, care, and dedication Ms. Celly gives to the children. The classroom is always clean, organized, and welcoming. One of the things we appreciate most is how much effort she puts into teaching and celebrating different festivals with the kids, while also exposing them to different cultures, ethnicities, and geography in such a thoughtful way. We have seen so much positive growth in our son since he started here. He has become much more confident with public speaking (thanks to show-and-tell), has developed a real interest in reading, can spell his name, and is learning new concepts so quickly, from shapes and numbers to letters and beyond. We also love how much focus there is on life skills and independence. He has learned to do so many things on his own, while also being taught the importance of kindness, sharing, and respect for others. This preschool feels so well-rounded, nurturing, and wholesome. Most importantly, our son genuinely loves going to school every day. We highly recommend Little Busy Bees Montessori.

This was the first and only day care we met with because she was so convincing, kind, confident and more importantly a mom herself. She assured us our kid would be in good hands and she was right. Our kid looks forward to go here every morning and smiles every time we talk about Ms.Isha or Ms.Anna. The facility is very neat, homely and yet engaging. They have clean schedules and good hours. They are very prompt with updates and have a lot of activities. They are flexible and good with kids during their on-boarding rough days which gives them time to adjust to a new normal. They provide 2 snacks and a lunch. Located in a very good neighborhood. Overall, Ms.Isha and Ms.Anna make a great team. It's been almost 4 months since our kid goes to them and it's been a great experience. So happy to be writing this review for anyone who might find it useful.

His learning grew exponentially when we started sending him here when he was 2.5 years old. They regularly do worksheets just like other Montessori based schools do and lot of fun activities like coloring, drawing etc. My kid is a little tough kid when it comes to eating. Miss Ana always dealt with him patiently and ensured that he is well fed and sometimes she would even feed him if he is not eating. They even allowed us to send food from home for few days. My older child (now 5) graduated from Safari, and my younger one is currently enrolled. The growth, curiosity, and confidence I've seen in both of them have been incredible. From the very beginning, Safari Kids has been supportive and nurturing not just in academic development, but emotional and social growth as well. There's a good balance of academics, arts and crafts, and activities. My oldest came home every day excited to share what he learned -- from phonics, numbers, and early reading skills to big, thoughtful topics like the circle of life, recycling, the planets, and more. The arts and crafts activities also helped spark his creativity. I was constantly amazed by how much he knew -- sometimes even more than what I'd expect from a kindergartner! One of the moments that really stood out for me was when we welcomed a new baby at home. The transition was a bit hard on my older child, but the teachers handled it with such care. They encouraged him to bring family photos and share stories about his baby brother during show and tell. That simple gesture helped him feel seen and proud in his new role as a big brother. Now, with my younger child just three months into Safari (after previously being in home daycare), I'm already seeing tremendous growth. He adjusted quickly thanks to the warm, welcoming teachers -- and the daily updates and photos helped ease the transition for us too. He's now picking up new words daily and becoming more expressive and independent. The teachers at Safari Kids truly care, and it shows in everything they do. This is a school with a strong sense of community, the teachers know all the kids (even if not in same classroom) and the parents invite other kids to birthday parties. I highly recommend Safari Kids to other parents as an enriching place for their children to grow.

The curriculum strikes a perfect balance between structured learning and play-based activities. It has nurtured curiosity, encouraged creativity, and helped build the foundation for lifelong learning and friendship. We have seen our child grow in confidence, kindness and joy, and we are so grateful for the positive, caring environment. Communication with the school has been good. We receive regular updates, photos, and newsletters, which help us stay connected to what's happening in the classroom. My 4-year-old twins are now in their second year here, and they couldn't be happier. They attended the 3-year-old class with Miss Ayesha last year and are now in Room 4 with Miss Dhillon. We truly couldn't be more pleased -- our kids are safe, happy, comfortable, and thriving in their learning. The teachers here genuinely love their students, and it warms my heart to see the way they interact with my children. It's not just their classroom teachers -- every teacher, the front desk team, and the director, Miss Trixie, know our family by name. It feels like a true community. I'm often in and out several times a day due to appointments, and everyone always greets us with a smile, even saying hello to my 2-year-old who doesn't attend yet! The staff consistently go above and beyond. My twins were born prematurely and are developmentally behind their peers, but the teachers here have been incredible in helping them gain confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. One of my twins has cerebral palsy that affects his legs, and earlier this year he underwent major spinal surgery. The support we received from the director, teachers, and the entire school community during and after that time meant the world to us. Learn & Play strikes the perfect balance between fostering independence through Montessori learning and providing the warmth, care, and guidance that every child needs. For the first time ever, my kids tell me they miss school and can't wait to go back -- even on Fridays! Thank you, Miss Trixie, Miss Dhillon, all the wonderful teachers, and the amazing ladies at the front desk for creating such a loving, supportive, and enriching environment for our family. We are so grateful for you all!
