I am not sure why anyone would give this Broker Associate a 1 star - for being unethical, as I find him to be completely ethical. It pains me to see an uneducated buyer giving this exquisite professional - a 1 star review, just because they lack the knowledge on how negotiations work. Quick lesson on negotiations: Unless you have an executed purchase agreement - any and all offers, must be submitted to the seller, as per the listing agreement. It doesn't matter if you're in negotiations. The Seller has 48 hours to respond to your counter, as it states in the purchase agreement. If another offer comes in better than yours, then the seller has the option to go with the better offer.

I as the cash buyer was issued a "Purchase Questionnaire" Requiring that I as the buyer pay a "settlement Fee of $295.00 after doing some research and suggesting that I would reach out to the seller and move the closing to another Title agency the fee was waived. I have been ready to build on this property for 2 months now and have had several issues related to the Title that were obviously overlooked by the Title examiner. I orighinally reached out to Brandon Yoder on February 10th regarding the issues and was provided with a document that would "Resolve my issues" I resubmitted with the the document provided by Brandon and was denied again. I reached out to Brandon Yoder again on March 28th and he said he would take a look as soon as he could. I hadn't heard anything so I called Brandon yesterday to follow up Brandon said he was way to busy and did not have time to look into my request. I get an email today stating that there is nothing that the title agency can do and that I would have to pay an Attorney to resolve my Title issues.
