I have lived here for 2 years and couldn't be more happy here. I have lived at another complex…read morenearby and this one is by far the best. The manager is one of the best people, she goes above and beyond her duties. I highly recommend Sant Antimo Apts

We have lived here for three and a half years and we have had squeaky floor boards and a squeaky…read moretub that feels like it's going to fall apart. There are constant bugs and pest control doesn't seem to kill anything. So lots of roaches that have come unto the ceiling and you can't leave anything out cause the ants get to it. On top of that we have this strict unforgiving inconsiderate landlord that loves to be passive aggressive and loves to leave notices on the door will tag your apartment door if your late and even if you have a flat tire she'll tag it as well. And Since all the covid they have locked their gym, their pool and still requiring we pay full rent while these amenities are not being used. How is that fair. Well it's not. It's the very reason why people go insane when they can't live normally and they take away the things that should be luxury here while other apartment complexes are operating at full capacity. Unfair if you can rent somewhere else do so. Only reason why we stay here is that we have a lot of belongings here that even if our landlord tried to evict us good luck hauling all our stuff out of here cause we got at least a weeks work of stuff to move out but we have never been late so don't need to worry about that. But she does charge late fees for being a day late on rent and is not understanding when it comes to waiting to cash a check. She tries to control the tenants here and that's why the apartment complex always becomes empty because a lot of people don't like her including friends from work who have complained about the same issues I've complained about. The reviews on google speak volumes and she'll try to charge fees when you move out such as cleaning fees. I'll be glad the day we find somewhere else suitable for us to live and that don't punish tenants for paying THEIR RENT ON TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've lived here for about a year, and I figured I'd share my experience so far…read more I've lived in maybe 8 different apartments in my life and this is honestly one of the better ones. I'll say first that I insisted on a second floor apartment, as I did not want to deal with upstairs neighbors or pest issues (such a roaches). They didn't have any available at first but once one opened up I received a call and they got the lease over to me right away. Amenities: There is a pool here, with some grass area, 4 bbq pits, and a gated doggy play area next to it. Unfortunately year round the water is freezing except for a few weeks during the summer when it finally heats up from the sun blazing down on it non stop. The gym is pretty basic but has a smith machine, dumbbells up to 50lbs, a few cardio machines and a cable machine. Honestly everything you need. There is also a conference room that I've never seen used, and a centralized mailbox area. Service: The service has been fairly good, with only a few minor complaints such as the occasional gate dysfunction, or delayed maintenance request. At first, my maintenance requests were dealt with within a few days of submitting them on the online portal. Ever since I renewed my lease, however, they've been pretty slow but they might just be busy at this time of year. They do occasional complementary pest control, but I've always been given fair warning for any inspections. They did raise my rent when I renewed by about $60 a month, and I anticipate they will raise a little bit with every renewal. That being said, they allow 6 month, 9 month and 12 month leases, so it allows for a lot of flexibility. Parking used to be easy, but a lot of people moved in recently and I've had to park further away from my unit lately whereas there used to be so much parking available you would never need to look. Overall I've enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it if you're in the 900-1300 dollar price range for 1-2 bedroom apartments.
