We spent the next day removing a 3yd dumpster worth of trash that she left between the garage and cabinets including a used razer. Not even the toilet was cleaned.... Oc residential didn't care.... The property wasn't even inspected prior to owner and property manager contract. We experienced 3 plumbing issues due to non code compliant plumbing, broken AC, Broken heater, hazardous material following from air ducts, massive gapping hole in the wall due to the night before leak never being completed.... Couldn't even fix the microwave ... List went on and on. Before we knew it owner was in over her head due to her unprepared property. We were informed that she wanted to sell the property. Jeff gladly sent me listings to a new property that he managed... why would I consider them when they could careless to take care of me within my current living situation that they managed? Please do yourself a favor and take detailed pictures when you move in and when you move out or they will not only take your deposit but also say you have a balance due to them. Remember that California state law requires them to send a statement with your remaining deposit within 21 days of moving out.
