I have noticed that portion sizes are rapidily shrinking as is the size of the fish which is a shame but the value boxes are still the best value in Telford. Regarding the quality of the food the chips have a pleasant scent and taste, the pies are a must try, i dont believe they are the usual pukka. The fish standards have dropped sadly you generally find a little more batter than fish these days and dependent on which member of staff serves you depends on your portion size. I recently bought a bag of chips and my wife had a small value box, I have to say there were more chips in her box than my bag which was disappointing.

The portions are huge and the chips are never too greasy, in the area this is my favourite fish and chip shop by far. It has a small car park which is handy too. As well as the standard fish and chips they also do kebabs, pies and burgers and sell cans of pop and pickles etc. The staff are always friendly and chatty and even when its busy you never have to wait more than a few minutes for your food.
