A fully customized hoodie for $35. But there was only person in the entire store... ONE! This person didn't have anyone helping him out, and the clerk's English isn't very good. At least have someone there helping him out. It took me 20 minutes to explain to him 5 different ways what I wanted then told me to pay and then pick it up later. I was relatively happy with the service I received. I do want to stress that he was never rude to me or withheld information from me. Once we've reached a consensus on design, it was looking great. He worked diligently to get what I wanted and I walked away a happy customer, until I went back to pick up the silk screened hoodie. The guy didn't even know he was out of black ink and did not know how to fix it or have extra cartridges on site! I wanted a black and white design and it came out blue! I was so furious because I was there the majority of the time I could even stay there. Not to mention I was out with friends and had to be home at a certain time. Trying to contain my composure, I asked for a refund. I will never go back here again.
