I already a quote at another place for $144.00 tax included. I said go ahead and order the tires went in the next day had them put on they charged me $599.36 that is $150 per tire much more than what they quoted. Also said I want to keep my old tires he made a note, they did not give me my old tires. They are good people I have done business with them before with no problems, would recommend that you get everything in writing before hand.

I hired JMSB to repair a small section of my RV slide-out. Instead, I ended up with additional damage, a failed repair, and an additional repair bill. The technician arrived and began working without saying a single word to me. Then he started operating my slide-outs without communicating what he was doing. He manually cranked the WRONG side in, then back out, crushing items I had stored on top into the interior wall. I had to SCREAM for him to stop before more damage occurred. My pets were also inside the trailer at the time, making the lack of communication a serious safety concern. He also performed the repair during active rain. So by the next day, the panel had completely detached. He offered to come out and fix it, which I denied because I no longer trusted him to work on my trailer. A second RV repair company removed the failed repair and found the adhesive was still wet. Moisture had been trapped behind the panel, causing the wood underneath to swell. The repair had to be completely redone. After I reported the failed repair and the additional damage, I requested reimbursement so I could have another company correct the work. That request was never addressed. He just stopped responding. Instead of paying once for a repair, I paid over $250 for work that failed almost immediately, then had to pay another company to redo the repair and fix the damage caused during the original service visit. Thirty years of experience doesn't mean anything when you back it up with sloppy work and piss-poor customer service.
