This was my first time coming here & it will absolutely be my last. I have never wrote a poor about a business but this one absolutely deserves it. I went to purchase a Geek Bar Pulse X that normally retail for $20ish out the door. I was some how charged $32.84. I remember being wildly over whelmed & by the owner & the seemingly 17-18 year old cashier speaking loudly & quickly. I was a little stand off ish and asked if they carried this vape. She said of course we do and went in about how much she loves them and the flavors she uses. I was like? Weird you seem to be in high school but ok. She was responding with "yesss girly" and "slay queen" and going on fast tangents to keep me confused I'm assuming. The owner was doing the same to my boyfriend separately while also trying to relate him as if he was 18 years old? It was just super weird. I just figured these people were just obnoxious and pushy and trying to relate the average young adult. When the young cashier was cashing me out the payment terminal was faced towards her and I handed her my card while she was still speaking constantly and quickly. It seemed to be a square or something similar so I was expecting for her to turn it around but she never did & I never saw the screen. I don't recall her telling me a cost which was weird but I can assure you she did not tell me it would $30+. AND SHE NEVER ASKED FOR MY ID (I'm 25 I should absolutely be getting IDed) I got my card back, grabbed my boyfriend & left. My boyfriend then pointed out to me that the girl who was walking out when we got there was a server at his job and was no older than 18-19. We agreed this place was marketing to under age people & it was extremely predatory in how pushy they are. I checked my account because it all seemed sketchy & I saw how much I was charged. I went in to the store today to ask why I was charged this amount because they do not have a phone number or any way to contact the store. The (different but still young) girl working behind the counter confirmed this was their price, she agreed it was ridiculously high, and apologized for the girl not making it clear when I paid for it. She took my phone number for a manager to reach out to me & I haven't heard anything. I will also post this on Facebook to warn people of this place & to not spend money here. Absolutely horrible experience.

I wasn't aware the store location is accustomed to selling stale products. I got all the way home opened the package to find that all five wraps were bone dry, just taking them out caused them to crack and they were full of slits and holes. Had this been a $1.50 2pack it would be no big deal but I paid $10.59 in total for a product I couldn't use. I was unaware of their no return/exchange policy. I went back to the long haired gentleman that sold me the wraps and he began to search through the box as if to feel for a fresh pack as well as check the date. While he's assisting me a dark haired pudgy young white woman with a headband comes from the back smiling stating, "we have a shitty policy unfortunately there is nothing we can do." Me not comprehending that these individuals expect me to just throw $10 away on something I can't use I ask for a number to corporate in which she told me to take it up with the cigar company. I demanded to speak with someone higher up in which she said she was the highest point of demand. Not only were the police called and she banned me from the store, (a store I have patronized for at least 5yrs) I ended up out of my money. I have contacted corporate on the matter because the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. That's not how you conduct business. How is it okay to charge and sell products that are stale and can't be used then offer no exchange or money back? So I recommend you open the package to make sure the product is fresh prior to leaving.
