I came in with terrible hip pain on Thursday. Dr Main saw me. He assessed my chart and listened to my complaint. Instantly he knew what my problem was, he "worked" on my hip and even though it was challenging and uncomfortable I left with a positive attitude. On May 2024, I arrive to the facility , at 18340 Yorba Linda Blvd , after being a patient for a couple months I felt that the pain had been resolved. On this particular day May 19, I spoke to the female by the name of Darlene, who was at the front office, I said I would like to cancel my membership. Instead of taking care of my with-drawl from monthly re accruing payment plan, she goes to the back to relay my withdrawal to the doctor on site. With the waiting room being full with at least 4-6 patients they both asked me repeatedly why I would like to withdraw. Asides from the pain being resolved, at the time I didn't have the funds to continue with this membership. They then went on to pressure me to place a hold on my account while still not dropping my membership. Darlene and the doctor handled my situation very poorly, they put me on the spot in front of other customers and were 100% unprofessional. I would recommend that you do not come here, as when I was charged 3 months late for the membership that I did not want, they refused to give me a refund. This place gets a -10/10 for customer service, They did not assist me properly This location and Darlene and the doctor placed profit over customer care They were rude and unprofessional. I unfortunately need to update my review to give other members a heads up. Unfortunately due to personal emergency reason I had to move out of the county and hadn't been to the clinic in over 5 months. I cancel my card online. Norma the first desk reached out to update my card since the payment didn't go through I told her i no longer had that card and would call back . However again due to life emergency I couldn't respond and thought well they will just cancel my account since I haven't been there. No I come to find out they have been charging me on the old card and somehow the payments went through I called my bank and filed a dispute but I'm just applaud that they would charge knowing they haven't received my new card or haven't seen me in months read more

I had never been to The Joint Chiropractic and I didn't know this location was there. Apparently it was brand new in my neighborhood so I stopped in to check it out. I did the first time adjustment special. It was such an easy experience and a great adjustment that I signed up for the monthly program. I've been doing the monthly program now for about two months. Adjustments are usually pretty quick and easy and I have not experienced more than about a 10 minute wait so far. Sometimes when I walk in I get treated right away. Dr. David is great! read more
