I've never been to a chiropractor before and I was very skeptical but the pain in the right side of my neck that turned into numbness down my right arm, made me finally realize it's time to go see one. Dr. Scott van Oosten came highly recommended and I completely know why. I now have full range of motion and no more pain or numbness. It's also comforting to know that they're not trying to just get money out of you and have you continue to come back week after week because Dr. Scott after seeing me today... Said I probably won't need to come back for at least two months and that my progress has been fantastic. Huge fan of this place and will highly recommend it to anyone suffering like I was

Everyone in the office was so nice and made me feel very welcome.

SERVICES -- They have acupuncture, back and neck chiropractic adjustments, massages, X-Ray imaging, etc. I visited this new location on 4 November 2021 for a Chiropractic back adjustment and then I came back on 9 November 2021 for a Deep Tissue Massage (full body) with Derek. Both services went great especially the massage because the massage was a whole full hour. Dr. Andy who does the chiropractic adjustments here is great. He doesn't pressure me to sign up for any packages and he listens to my concerns and questions about my back. INSURANCE -- The only problem that I have is that they don't have a good system to accept health insurance. Even if you have a health insurance plan, they will only accept it if the total cost of your chiropractic service is below (or above?) a certain dollar amount. Well, I suppose you can blame the insurance companies for this too. Example, if your insurance plan only covers a chiropractor visit that costs $70 and up, then you can't use your insurance plan at Great Lakes. PRICING -- Previously, a chiropractic adjustment was $45 but as of 2022, it is now $50 which is expensive because an adjustment takes less than 3 minutes. Prior to the adjustment; however, patients are asked to sit on the wobble chair to warm up their spine. I recommend Great Lakes Health and Wellness for your chiropractic needs. I visited this Ohio City location a few times in 2022 for adjustments and I want to start coming more often to maintain a healthy back spine. **** - 41/150 total reviews in 2022 - 519 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 4 April 2022

When you are visiting a ton of friends and family and this is how you feel, it's awful. This chiropractic office is amazing. I called them asking them for help. They worked hand-in-hand with my chiropractor here in Florida learning my history and what I would respond to. It showed a great respect for the patient and other chiropractors. First off the front desk, ladies that I spoke to on the phone and then met in person are so sweet and personable. Molly and Alisa were their names. Just very caring young ladies. Then I met Dr. Jake and he was awesome and he helped me a lot in one visit. He then sent me to stent and UV therapy with Taylor and Lexi and they were wuick and friendly as well. The therapy helps a lot. Dr Erik was the next Dr I saw for the following appointment. He was professional and caring as well. He was also a very good doctor. All in all, this entire location is an amazing office for anyone who lives near. If I lived here or even when I return to visit again, should I need some kind of emergency adjustment. They would definitely be my place to go. Thank you, Morris Chiropractic for being so helpful and getting me walking again.
