They have some amazing chiropractors here but the front desk ladies are beyond rude. I called 36 times one day and they hung up on me or put me on hold for so long until i hung up every time and I know they are not that busy. I walk in and explain that I would like to pause my membership. Mid conversation she tells me 'move over a customer is coming in' before I even finished my sentence!! I ended up walking out without them even being able to help me, stuck paying for something I will never use. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! read more

Open on Saturday!!!! That alone is worth its weight in gold. I cannot tell you how many times I wanted to go to the chiropractor but couldn't make their office hours. This place is set up a lot like Massage Envy were you can buy a membership for $50 a month but that gets you 4 adjustments a month. Which is a great deal. I pay the drop in rate since I go when I need. (like today) I have been to this location and before this one opened I went to the Camelback location. So I've been a really bad checker inner here. I come at least once a week to get worked on. I initially recommended this place to my girlfriend since her back was bad, but she recommended me to Jay. I was clearly going in on the wrong days! Some people are really intimidated by male chiropractors, specifically muscley ones, but Jay is amazing and gentle if needed. I've heard people diss the Joint saying that it's a joke among chiropractors and that really pisses me off. I went to a great chiropractor for a long time that had the big fancy name and machines etc. and they worked for a little but I kept getting the same adjustment and treatments each time. It felt like instead of helping me, they were hurting me. With the Joint, I have had great service each time. Jay in particular is really great about checking you out before he adjusts. He feels the complaint area and really gets and understanding of what needs to be done. Kevin is the owner and most of the time you will see him out front. He has other people out front, don't get me wrong, but how often do you get to interact directly with the owner! When I first met him he learned my name and remembered it ever since. Don't know about you but I appreciate that. I've recommended a number of friends and family and will continue to do so. I really love this place and how they learn about you and take care of you. The Joint is great when they honor their posted business hours. If you're going to lock the doors at 6:40p then saying you're open till 7p is misleading. The adjustments offered take 5-10 min TOPS. Dr J is amazing! I have previously been to chiropractors, so when I moved, I was so happy to find someone I love MORE than my last doc. Dr J is very thoughtful in his approach. He listens and then formulates his treatment plan to address my concerns. He always takes his time and I never feel rushed. In addition, the office is centrally located and parking is easy. So I've been to a few locations and I'll probably continue to go to other locations, just not this one. I really like the Joint and the help that it's provided but today was the first time that I walked out of an office in more pain than walking in and in places I've never had discomfort in before. Honestly would've taken this as just a bad adjustment but I didn't go in alone. I went with my girlfriend and she commented on the same spot on her neck hurting too. All that occurred during both sessions were upper back adjustments and face down neck cracks. This was new to me but I figured every center had their own techniques. This technique did not work for either of us and now I'm in tears and not able to turn my neck to the right. Is it even safe to get this fixed at my regular place? Super disappointed and hurt by my experience at the 44th and Indian school location. Felt super rushed too. Why was there no attention paid to my lower back were it was hurting before? Why was the same adjustment used for two people in a row? We both have very different jobs, she works as a delivery driver and I in an office. Complete sham. You are paying them to see you for 2 mins to crack your back and say a bunch of stuff you won't understand about your back so you oblige. Had no relief in pain whatsoever. No diagnosis was done. I got better results from a foam roller and spine decompression. "Dr." Jay is not a real doctor and has not even been to medical school. I went to a real doctor who did actual imaging of my back and neck and determined I have a pinched nerve. Provided me with proper treatment that provided real relief and healing. Don't over pay for a back crack. Have a buddy do it. read more

Dr Bradshaw is great! He's more hands-on and really gets some movement when other chiropractors don't do too much. I had pain down my leg like pins and needles likely due to a pinched nerve in my low back. This morning, feel good as new! What a relief. I went in over a month ago to reverse my sciatica. I could barely walk and stand up straight. Jason was wonderful! He took it slow with me and gave me great advice to help me with the extreme pain. I'm about 95% normal now. I wouldn't be walking upright if I didn't decide to hobble my way in. I went in every day in the beginning and now only have to go in twice a week. Honestly, at any other chiropractor office, my visits would cost hundreds of dollars if had used my insurance. Here I paid $60 for 4 visits (regular monthly plan) and $10 for each additional visit. I know for certain that saved me at least $500 during my first three weeks. I wish I had gone in earlier to help prevent my sciatica. I am an extreme case. Not everyone is in the condition I was in (hopefully). If you don't want to ever be in that condition and you're in any sort of discomfort, I highly suggest walking in for one visit just to see if it helps you. The Joint is a great place to go if you're someone who needs a chiropractor and isn't looking to spend a fortune in regular visits for adjustments. I've been to a few different Joints and Dr. Jay is by far my favorite. He's thorough, gentle and really listens to you and your body. Dr. Jay doesn't just do the same movements and send you on your way. He talks to you and finds out where you are feeling pain or soreness so he can focus on those areas. Since going to Dr. Jay exclusively, I have more mobility overall and almost zero pain. After a car accident five years ago, this is the healthiest my back has felt. The office staff is friendly and Dr. Jay takes his time to get to know you. You aren't just a number and body to process and get out the door as quickly as possible. Usually there isn't a wait and I am taken back as soon as I walk through the door. The Joint also is the most reasonably priced chiropractic office with their monthly plans and you can go to any Joint if you aren't in your town.
