Would love to know how the service is but it says they're open at 10 am on Saturdays and I was there at 10, 10:15, and 11 and the door is locked. No one answers the phone or text messages at corporate or the location. I made an appointment at 1 and I'm not sure anyone is going to show up then either. I've been going to this location for years now! I think since 2012! I've known Dr. Harris for even longer than that and he is amazing! He always makes you feel important and gives a great adjustment! Dave the chiropractor is amazing. So friendly and listens to what you need. Very knowledgeable and has a good flow/touch and can adjust really well. Front desk is friendly as well. Overall I love the Joint and have had great treatment from nearly all locations. This particular location used to have good chiropractors and front desk staff but no longer. I recently went there and though it was "within hours" apparently the chiropractor had decided not to show up that day. The next two times I went, the doctor was surly and non-communicative. I was basically grunted at. I then attempted to use some certificates that I got as a "deal" for Black Friday package purchase, to find out these could not be used and had expired. But previously I had tried to use them and because I had sessions left on the main package I wasn't allowed to use them. Total scam. When I then went to at least buy a new package of sessions, the front desk person attempted to put me through a whole series of paperwork. I've been a Joint customer since 2017 and not once was I treated like a brand new customer when I renewed my package. Bottom line, I did NOT feel like a valued customer at this location and will not be going back. By the way there is an excellent office on 6301 N Scottsdale which is just a tad farther to drive so I had been going to this location. I now realize that the extra time and gas to get there will be worth it! read more

We are so lucky to have found this place. A few months ago my fiancé tweaked his back and hip from deadlifting incorrectly. He had a lot of discomfort and pain. We stopped here because we live nearby. Dr. A spent maybe 10 minutes adjusting him and he was almost back to normal. And after only a couple adjustments that week he was completely back to feeling even better than before. We've been going once a week ever since. I do not like this place or recommended They have you sign up for a month and then you have to go back in person to cancel your membership you not able to do it on the phone or on their website you never get the same quality every day every time you go into the store you'll get one guy who will spend a minute on you than the next guy spend 5 minutes on you I just don't think it's a good place for me and I would never recommend it to anybody read more

Doctor is more concerned getting out of work early than helping people. Was a member here for years and went in tonight 20 minutes before they closed to get help after several debilitating migraines. Quick and Easy. Walk-ins accepted. You can be in and our in less than 15 mintues! I love the fact that they do not go through your insurance and have a "monthly pass" so to speak. $49 for 4 adjustments = 1 per week = $12.25 per adjustment. You cant beat that with a stick. Most insurance companies have you pay a copay (between $10-$50). read more

They will only receive 2 stars because the doctors have been helpful. As far as the front of office is concerned.... Will not recommend. I visited about two weeks ago and as I attempted to scan my membership card I was informed it was not working. As the lobby was full, I decided to write my name and information down as I didn't want to provide confidential information out loud. The lady at the front desk proceeded to call my name and full date of birth out loudly, which angered me. I asked why she chose to yell my information out loud vs just reading it and checking me in? Her reply, "well nobody has done that before!" I told her I would be back and never went back. I refuse to continue to support poor customer service and violation of privacy laws. There should be no membership tag and everyone's information be posted on a wall and just put a check mark next to your name when you check in. I have certainly told everyone at my company about this poor experience and we will not be supporting. read more

Longgg overdue review for Dr. Jay - let me begin by saying thank you! Dr. Jay is best chiropractor I've been to, including another (non-Joint) Scottsdale chiropractor and several other Joint Clinics. Dr. Jay makes the time to really get to know you and your needs, and is thorough with your adjustment while still being gentle and making sure you are comfortable during the visit. After visiting Dr. Jay 2-ish times per week for a couple of months, I felt tremendous improvement in my back pain and overall posture - highly recommend. Unfortunately for me, I recently moved away from Scottsdale, meaning I was forced to visit a new Joint Clinic and just didn't have the same awesome experience -- nothing terrible, just not as skilled, thorough, or friendly. I decided to cancel my membership here in Chicago, and today got a call from Dr. Jay (!!!) He knows I moved away, yet for him to take the time to call and say thank you for my membership while it lasted and to reach out if I need anything was just over the top service. read more

Absolutely love this location!! Dr. Jay is the best. I drive from gilbert just to see him! He takes the time to work on your back and he has 20 plus years of experience and it shows! It's so worth the money every month for one visit a week and if you need extra it's only $10 a visit after that. I have gone to so many different people and they all try and tell you what's wrong and do X-rays after all your co pays you end up paying so much and they tell you need 3 times a week and do fast adjustments and the money you dump into it is not worth what you think your getting. Not here! No x-rays and no insurance. You just feel so much better and if you have a problem then you can go more often or less if you feel great! Dr. Jay is by far the best I have found I have gone to so many different locations. And even if he is busy he still makes time. Getting adjusted is not a one time fix it's a way of life! In a lot of pain from trail running over the weekend. I thought that I could at least get my neck adjusted and maybe some stretching to decompress my lower spin but I was told "One adjustment isn't going to do anything so save your money ".
