Was looking for…read morea pair of mens shoes in my size in a style I liked and the associate acted like she didn't want to help me after she asked if I needed help. I replied I was looking for my size and she ignored me afterwards but when another customer who was at the end needed help she didn't hesitate to walk past me and assist her. I left the store and waited for my wife outside. When my wife got in our vehicle she told me that while she was standing at the register waiting to pay for a pair of shoes she found another lady walked past her and the girl waited on her first over a $1.50 refund. When she finally waited on my wife she questioned her about the price of the shoes sorta of insinuating as if my wife changed shoes to a cheaper pair. The shoes she purchased were on sale. Also my wife told her she didn't appreciate her waiting on the lady that broke in line. If I'd been inside the store I'd told my wife to leave the shoes on the counter and I'd take her somewhere else to buy her shoes. We both fell as if we were discriminated against while we trying to support a local business. I doubt I'll ever walk back inside this location again as I'll buy my Skechers elsewhere.

My husband went back to the store to pick up the boots (after being stretched). The boots that were given to him from the clerk was not his boots. The boots were the same brand, but 1 whole size smaller and the boots were very worn on the sole and had alot of wear on toes of boots. The owner of the store was very rude and basically called my husband a liar. The owner was not willing to do make it right and replace his boots since they misplaced them. One pair definitely needed attention, so it was easy for me to hand those over. But I hesitated a little bit with the other 2 pairs because they weren't really all that badly scuffed. They said they could make them look even better, so I handed them over as well. All three pair came back to me looking like I'd just taken them out of the box! They looked brand new!!! I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out!
