Over the years, I have had several OK Collective Candles. I have loved them all. My favorite scents…read moreare Don't Kill My Vibe, Blood Orange and Seaside Vibes. I've also gotten candles for my husband, we both like Sweet Nomad and Take a Hike. I think it's fun because before OK Collective, all the hand-poured soy candles I got were from other states. So, I'd be "shopping local" by supporting a small shop, but I was buying a candle that was made in Maryland or Boise or Cleveland or somewhere. I love that now when I buy a candle, I'm supporting at least one local business, maybe even two, depending on where I purchase the candle. They also sell some silly products, like "toilet elixir" which seems a bit off brand, mostly because everything else they sell is elegantly packaged and this is kind of lowbrow novelty stuff. But I just dislike stuff like this in general. Maybe I would like it if I tried it, but I never will! But I will continue loving these beautiful handmade candles that last forever, smell amazing, and make me feel good for shopping local.

Had an awful experience with Tony Foss during a time of deep sadness. After the sudden passing of…read moremy mother, we arranged funeral services and Tony Foss was recommended to order the casket spray. We had a close relative that also wanted to support with flowers and we placed an order to be delivered along with the spray. This was done with the an associate named Stephanie. The day of my mother's viewing, I was admiring the floral arrangements from friends and family. I realized, Tony Foss did not have the arrangement sent. As I am grieving, I call them to gain a better understanding of the situation and spoke with Debbie. She tells me they can send one to the funeral home and I decline as we are meeting with loved ones at that exact moment. This is not something anyone should have to deal with during funeral arrangements. As we are talking Debbie is distracted and drifts off and I hear a bit of commotion, so I pause and wait to continue the conversation. As she returns, she apologizes and offers a refund. (Note: This is the bare minimum of what should have been offered/done) and at this point, I feel devalued as a customer and extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. The service is the next day and I notice the flowers are already wilting in some parts. THIS IS NOT OKAY when a family spends hundreds of dollars to send off their loved one. It has been 3 days since the service and I wanted to reflect a bit more about the situation, but I call and speak with Debbie and shared my feedback about the experience. Her excuse was a customer made a purchase and was about to leave the credit card and she had to chase him down to return it. So instead of putting me on hold, she just drifted off and I had to listen to chaos as I was preparing to greet others for a viewing. This experience was unfortunate and I would not recommend Tony Foss Flowers and will share my experience with the funeral home that suggested them. Lastly, as I shared the flower mishap with one of the Funeral Directors, he comments, "Oh that is typical of them." WHAT?!? I had to keep my composure for the service, but extremely disappointed if this has happened to others. There are many florists in OKC and I will never purchase from Tony Foss ever again.

This gorgeous arrangement is for my mothers 60th birthday. My parents were not home when they were being delivered and the Amazing Sybil waited for me to arrive so they wouldn't sit out in the heat! She was incredibly kind & caring and it meant the world to me! I can't wait for my mother to see this fabulous arrangement tonight! Thank you to the team at Tony Foss!!
