The Bowral Hotel is one such place ..... it's looks modern ..... well laid out ..... and the air conditioning a blessing indeed on a 35 degree day. What makes this Hotel a top one ??? ...... Connor !! ..... owner & generous guy !! ..... The kitchen at 3.05pm was officially closed ...... The kindness shown was Awesome ...... Connor saw us frantically flicking through a menu and came over and asked if we were looking to eat !!! ....... the outcome was ..... we took our time ..... placed an order for 3 people ..... and the enjoyed such an awesome lunch !! We had a booking for 18 people, there was another group that was a similar size and then smaller tables all around us. The staff have always been very nice and helpful, and the food is usually good. The most recent visit in early January, the food was not as good as I'd remembered but the fish and chips always seems to be a winner. The disabled bathroom has a proper change table with a change pad. It is a huge big room too.

At $150.00 a head, I hope my Brother asks for compensation. Dry, over cooked, inedible. Right on the golf course, this would be fantastic for a golf trip , as long as you don't need too many mod cons, just olde worlde comfort. I don't think it would be possible to go mad here because it's just exactly like an old boarding school and I'd be too scared I'd get a detention.
