I have been waiting a month for my "parts to come in" since the initial diagnosis of my fridge. They told me that my parts were on back order and that they'd see them next week. Well, that week came and went as did three other weeks. I've tried calling and leaving messages with me being essentially ghosted since then. I understand parts go on back order as i'm in the automotive industry. But if you DONT KNOW when parts are coming in, just communicate that with the customer? Frigidaire are the ones who set me up with this company to service the warranty repair on my fridge. I asked them if the parts were on back order in any point in time and they told me they never were. I have never experienced worse service, and customer service than this. No one would answer my calls or voicemails until i reached out to Frigidaire themselves and had them call this bogus company. After multiple false promises of the days my parts would be delivered, someone FINALLY called me and asked me to confirm my appointment for the next day (July 11). I told her "I had no idea l even had an appointment tomorrow? Did my parts come in?" She told me they had so i told her i'd absolutely take the appointment. She told me someone would come to my house July 11 2025 to service my fridge between 8am-5pm. I called my dad to see if he was available to be at my house all day until they showed up so he cleared his schedule to be there. Well no one ever showed up! Lol. I called at 4pm July 11th to make sure someone would still be here today and they promised they would be and that the technician was just running a bit behind schedule. She said they'd be there between 6pm-7pm. So here i am. Waiting. It is now 8 pm. I have been sitting here since i got off work waiting for this jank company to show up and do what they promised to do and unfortunately it is likely not happening. So I will likely go another month without a fridge or have to go buy another one (because everyone has an extra 700-1000 dollars laying around. Right?). They have completely waisted my time and are the absolute WORST. I was so impressed with them when they came to diagnose my fridge but clearly it was all a facade. They're scam artists. I called Frigidaire and reported how terrible they are to them and requested that they take them off their warranty list for the pittsburgh area. Unfortunately I just got around to reading the other reviews on here and probably wouldn't of wasted my time had i'd seen those first. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will continue taking it up the chain. What is the point of wasting peoples time? If you were never going to show up and just no call-no show me just say that. I'll find an actual, reputable company to do the repairs or just have Frigidaire replace my fridge. If you'd like to reconcile this, reach out to the number i have on file and i'll delete this review. Until then it's staying up to warn people of the behavior. IF YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY TRIES TO SCHEDULE THESE PEOPLE, REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE. Please take it from me -Someone who is extremely unhappy and has time on their hands to try to get this resolved legally. Thanks

The only positive thing…read moreI can say about this company is that their service was so consistently terrible that Speed Queen ended up replacing my entire machine -- something they rarely do. This was only possible because I kept detailed records of every missed appointment, ignored call, "backordered" part, closed ticket, and instance of blatant disrespect and dishonesty. The customer service was beyond unacceptable. Communication was nonexistent, promises were broken repeatedly, and I was left chasing answers that never came. It's clear this company has no regard for its customers or basic professionalism. If you're considering working with them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Absolute trash company.
