Alina listens to you and what your issues are and customizes each massage to the issues you are having THAT DAY. She "listens" not only to you and what your issues are, but to what your body is telling her. She feels the tension and the tightness and caters every massage to your unique situation. If you were to go in and say "I just want a regular massage", I'm not sure there is such a thing with Alina. Everything is individualized. Like I said, I've been to several therapists and I cannot express how amazing she is. Her pressure was just right; she uses a lot of broad strokes with her arms and palms. She had an unusual way of working my gluteus and hamstrings with her knees, which felt fine during, but later that evening I was having trouble with pain in my left hip. Not sure if it's related to the massage or if I did something myself. I liked how she worked my neck from all angles with some nice stretches thrown in.
