Too often a therapist will hear your issue and then go into their standard routine massage. Alina listens to you and what your issues are and customizes each massage to the issues you are having THAT DAY. She "listens" not only to you and what your issues are, but to what your body is telling her. She feels the tension and the tightness and caters every massage to your unique situation. If you were to go in and say "I just want a regular massage", I'm not sure there is such a thing with Alina. Everything is individualized. Like I said, I've been to several therapists and I cannot express how amazing she is. Book your massage with her while you still can, this hidden gem is growing in popularity and YOU REALLY want to be one of her clients before her schedule is overfull.

Her pressure was just right; she uses a lot of broad strokes with her arms and palms. She had an unusual way of working my gluteus and hamstrings with her knees, which felt fine during, but later that evening I was having trouble with pain in my left hip. Not sure if it's related to the massage or if I did something myself. I liked how she worked my neck from all angles with some nice stretches thrown in. You can expect a true full hour of work from Cathy - no 50 min. Spa time here :)

The doctor was very thorough and had a great bed side manner. We were told upfront of the cost of each X-ray and for the adjustment and with 4 xrays and a manual adjustment it was still cheaper than going to alpine (where we previously went and were charged 141 with no manual adjustment and still he had pain and numbness with no relief). I would definitely recommend this chiropractic office for any and all of your needs concerning your back and neck. Was also told that any additional adjustments would only be around 33 bucks afterwards and that my boyfriend could just stop by after work and they could help him out. What a great place we have found and I would recommend this office to anyone who is need of a chiropractor.

Dr. Moskall was recommended to me by another businessperson in Boyne City who had a good experience there. (Something you can always count on in this town!) I was in Boyne while recovering from my double total knee replacement. As a long time consumer of "alternative" therapies, I knew that basic physical therapy would not be enough for me. If the body, and spine are out of alignment, everything else is affected, including pain levels and progress in therapy. Dr. Moskall was courteous, and took x-rays from numerous angles. He determined course of treatment based on information revealed by the x-rays. Significant time was spent explaining the details to me, even though I have been to chiropractors downstate, nothing was left out. Treatment began in specific trouble areas. The most important thing is how I felt after treatment, which was great! My hips were an issue, and getting them in line made my knees function better in PT and in general. Spending time (minimal due to short waits) with Dr. Moskall, is so pleasant! He is cheerful, fun, and knowledgeable. I feel great after being adjusted! I am going to miss him when I go downstate this fall and back to my work world, yet he was partially responsible for helping me make that happen! Go see him, feel better!
