Here are quotes from his emails: I am getting the arrest affidavit before speaking with any of the witnesses. We want more information about what they said before contacting them. The State Attorney does not yet have any information about the case, but expects to by Tuesday. I am talking with them again on Tuesday. I'll have the arrest affidavit on either Monday or Tuesday. 13 days later: I will refund your money if I do not stay on your case. As we discussed, it appears that my because of my family situation I will not be able to continue on the case. In my opinion, I don't think there was any "family situation". He never gave me the arrest affidavit as promised. I don't trust Jeff Dean. I would never recommend him as a lawyer. In my opinion, it seemed like he was working for the other side. You should ask him what was his urgent family situation around November 30, 2012 and verify it. Two years later the charges against me were dropped when a video was found on youtube that showed the false victim and the witnesses were lying.
