He knew I was budgeted and planned on coming down to get it done and pickup by Friday and it was not completed then which costs more money to stay in a hotel for couple extra nights and I offered a down payment towards the wrap and he denied it. Here is one of the multiple cars he has done for me in the past and allowed terms which were paid in full each time. The one time I'm in a major struggle he changes plans knowing I can not afford to pay it and was expecting the terms which is really effecting my business. Very wrongful and not right. Besides that the work they do is amazing and very reliable. It's very sad when someone is struggling and terms get changed after it's been dropped off and arrived in town just like that. It would of been appreciated if he said something in advance and not that he will work with me on everything when I asked a month or so beforehand. I explained my situation for someone who wants to help small businesses and especially after the trust first couple times when I've paid in full to change up like that was wrong. Don't ever take any of their words from even if you have been working with them for any amount of time and they have done your past vehicles and advertising and been paid in full each time. Based on his call and subsequent actions, I can now say I recommend this company. Everyone has problems from time to time. How they deal with them separates the good from the bad.
