Once inside, Alex helped us out and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. I was a little bummed they didn't have what I originally came in for, but he let me know I could put myself on a call list to be notified when it's back in stock, which I appreciated. He also introduced me to the brand TURN, and I'm not even exaggerating -- I fell in love. The device is so small and compact, and the fact that it can hold an extra pod?? That's actually genius. They were also running a deal where if you buy two pods, you get the charger for $1, which made it even better. Overall, great service and a really smooth first visit. I'll definitely be coming back.

I had a little misunderstanding at first with something I purchased here, but the way the owner and…read morestaff handled it completely turned my experience around. They personally reached out, explained the story behind the piece in detail, and made sure I understood the true value of what I had received. It turns out it wasn't just a regular item, but a one-of-a-kind handcrafted art piece that they had gone out of their way to offer at a very fair price. What impressed me most was how much time and effort they took to clarify things and make it right. They were also quick to acknowledge and apologize for a small hiccup with opening time, which shows me they truly care about their customers and their reputation. That kind of honesty and follow-through is something I really appreciate in a business. Because of how they handled everything, I'll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for unique, quality pieces and great customer service.

Out of all 50 dispensaries I've visited so far, this was by far the worst experience. The security guard was incredibly rude and immediately told me to leave without any respect or professionalism. It's disappointing because this journey has introduced me to so many amazing people and shops across the country, but this place completely missed the mark.
