I enjoy their selection, but even the customers before me mentioned how the customer service was terrible and how they were shuffled out before it was even 15 minutes til closed. Try to enter this store in their peak hours and avoid them near opening and closing.

They have the best quality, and the best variety of products of any other local store in Lexington. Now there is a man who can't make ANY suggestions about the different vapes. 2.) Customer service is terrible. The man just fast talks you, not knowing what you came in for, not knowing the differences between items, just repeats very good multiple times. And then pushes you to buy perfume. 3.) The woman that now works there she is terrible. She says nothing when I walk in, she watches me like a hawk when I'm looking at incenses.. and when I was up at the register that horrendous female came up behind me to look in my wallet. 4.) Someone who talks fast to attempt to make you move fast. No idea what I'm there for, can't answer any questions, won't let me think, provides no value on anything. The vibe is icky. There are better smoke shops in the area. They basically sell lost Mary and the other one you can get from gas stations.
